Which NEEDLE for chest decompression 2024 [4K]
If you are still using a cannula for chest decompression, this video is for you. I’ll walk you through three solid, evidence-backed reasons to rethink your approach, each supported by literature and real-world reports. Also! With the help of a piece of pork, a balloon, and a few hands-on demos, I’ll show you the exact needle I trust and why it makes a difference. Plus, I’ll compare it to a counterfeit I bought so you can spot the crucial differences and avoid potentially risky mistakes.

Very interesting, I have never even thought about an ecological approach in CPR training. Except for a replacement for plastic lungs and reusable/recyclable rescue breathing masks, I have not thought about much ecological optimisation in that regard. By the way, I thought that ERC Guidelines are still recommending BLS Rescue breathing attempts, for those that have been trained in it? Might be outdated knowledge on my end. Either way, another great video. Keep up the interesting content.👍🏻

If it’s not vented, then it should be slightly easier to remove than the vented type. Please send me the link to the exact product, and I'll gladly take a look and am happy to discuss it further

Sorry for Polish, I'm exhausted after 24hrs shift ;-).

I'm a doctor and we have some serious conditions that tends to happen only in out country and we are trained to deal with them but very rare in other countries. For example tuberculosis is a rather normal problem where I am and we even have a tuberculosis control center, however the locals tends to ignore warnings and leave it up to chance, so very regularly you will see TB patients with Brain TB or stomach TB. Or that we have a small flatworm epidemic on the regular, because people really like to eat fermented RAW pork or make sauces from fermented RAW river fish that tends to eat snails that's part of the flat worm reproductive cycles. And don't let me get started on the various tropical disease, snake bites, etc, etc....

I don't have or personally know anyonw who'd have St. John's wort at home. Chamomile is somewhat rare too among people I know. As for the meds you mentioned, I've literally never heard of either of the two. I'll bet you a shiny penny you'll find vitamin supplements as well as headache, heartburn and diarrhoea tablets in most Poles' med cabinets though. And anti-histamine gel. I can't imagine life without anti-histamine gel. Those tick bites itch like crazy, worse than mosquito bites.

C'mon - metamizole is Pyralgina and Drotaverine is NoSpa. I'm sure you've heard about them. As for St. John's wort - I agree it's less and less popular but still lot's of elderly patients use them. Oh, anti-histamine gel - you're 1000% right!

@@groupcall6570 Ah, pyralgina and nospa, ok, now I recognise them. I didn't know the actual active substance name in these. Alright, I was wrong then: everyone has these :)
