In the West Midlands most hospitals have long waits cand crews wait all shift and the day or night shift are sent to relieve them. I think we take far too much urgent care and minor illness injury that could be kept at home The Trust axed all ECP/Specialist Paras on the cars so there is no option but to go to ED. The ED are safe with every crew outside but no one is answering 999 calls!
