It's how I have always set mine up. I currently am rocking the 5.11 ALS bag It's pretty bad ass but could do with another detachable section for inside. I have a selection of TQ's including the CAT-G7, SOFF-TQ, HALO and Rapid stop TQ along with Celox Z fold/syringe and Chitogauze Xpro, then Israelis/Oales bandages of different sizes. Airways include OPA,NPA,SGD 3,4,5 and manual surgical kit i.e. Bougie, Number 6 scalpel, some forceps' and ETT. Breathing ARS/TPAK and Russel Pneumofix 8, Celox Fox, sentinal, Bolan chest seals, Pocket BVM with connectors HV, Emma etco2 and PEEP. Circulation with a mixture of cannulas, EZIO/ bone Gun, light dressings etc. Disability BM bag, torch. and Exposure Blizzard 3 layer bags. and some other bit's and bobs!

Thanks for another video 👍. I agree that a smaller bag is useful, the bigger the bag, the more stuff gets put in.
I used to cover youth rugby and put in an extra jacket for me to take up space 😃

My kit bag has been through many generations and when I worked in training it did include an ITU almost. I just carry trauma and airway stuff now in a small bag.

Before I got the Modulator, I had just a small bag, but every time I used it, I had to take everything out (I know, poor packing skills). That's why I decided to go with a bigger bag. However, after some time of using Modulator, I genuinely consider getting something slightly smaller (but still bigger than my original bag) for cat-haem and airway - like yours, mate.

Any info on where to find that bag? The linked site does not list the product?

There is a problem with dates of expiration of this stuff. I've carefully build up my bag. After some time things started to expire and I realized I don't need much of the or they are way too procy to buu them again and again.

100% agree mate, the dates of expiration are such a pain!

Agree, but if you have a rescue service, ambulance service or emergency department with whom you are in contact, they will often trade out your products that are in like new condition. As long as seals are in tact and there are no deformities to any part of a product, they're often keen to swap out if you let them know that you want to keep your items current and you know they're more likely to use them than an individual.
      Worth a shot!
