If you mean the ones in four different shapes these are called: tulumba cakes. Very tasty, but also very sweet, syrup is mostly made of sugar. 🙂

Hello, thank you for your comment and taking the time. First of, for my money and time spent in any restaurant I expect at least some basic quality of food and service. Second I've been cooking since I was 16 years old, and also lived for years in a Mediterranean country. In recent months I am also constantly visiting Italy. So, I am pretty sure that I know what is a good pasta. Al dente is the pasta you can eat and chew, what they gave to me was very problematic to chew. That pasta wasn't even an average pasta, plus the dish was ruined how they prepared it. Now, if you enjoy their 17-18€ pasta and you think this is the correct price for what they offer, this is your freedom of choice. If you also like to sit pinched in between tables, again it is your choice. That was my opinion based on my experience there and the fact that the place is 100% tourist trap. Again everyone has their own taste, opinion, but I think you are overdoing it with defending them, giving your medical expertise in the comments what made issues with my stomach. 😅

Not really, went to Bratislava the city is completely clean for example not a single paper anywhere, or any of the mentioned issues. Rome except some suburbs relatively clean especially for such a huge city full of tourists day and night. Green areas, walking areas, general quality of life, this is something that any place in Europe has much better than Malta, garbage collection is everywhere else much better. Public transport almost all places in Europe have better. Infrastructure better, seaside better, prices usually cheaper than Malta, etc... At the moment I don't know if there are 2-3 beaches in total in Malta, where the water is not polluted by sewage. Let's be realistic, I really wish Malta was different and better, but it's not, and you can't compare it with New York if you wish you can, but it's not really comparable, Malta is a small Mediterranean island, and New York is well New York. Cheers! And yes, be more realistic, it was better in Malta 10-12 years ago, but now really except economy which is good, nothing else can be praised.

What I said is 100% correct. The whole world knows moussaka is a Greek dish. For the other dishes, since they make it in their own way, use pork in kavurma for example. Burek in Serbia it's made with pork lard and tastes 10 times better then Turkish borek, different cheese is used (also meat) and it was reinvented in Serbia in 1500s. Plus Turks didn't invent all the dishes as Ottomans were also copying new dishes from conquered lands. Also if you use pork for some dish instead of only beef or lamb, that pretty much changes the food, don't you think? Persians had kebabs before Turks for example. Most of the sweet stuff you copied from Phoenicians/Lebanon, so learning some proper history is good. Cheers!

@@AlexMarkTravel locals do not eat at places that make 1000s of pizzas per day, these pizza places are located near touristic sites which is the pure definition or a tourist traps.
