What an excellent video. This video was really nostalgic. Starting with the pizza, you feel like you're going back in time 100 years the way our ancestors used to prepare food. Not only can you see the pizzeria like it was maybe a hundred years ago, but they're still doing things the same way. The way you describe the pizza, a viewer can almost taste the pizza by watching your video. Mouth watering! Moving onto the cannelloni and other pastries giving you the feeling that now you're completing the meal with a delicious cup of expresso coffee. I've never been to Sicily, but anyone who has watched this video would certainly be tempted to jump on a plane and visit. Thank you for that creation!
My dream is to visit Sicily 🇮🇹🥰 because my grandpa was from there and neither my mother nor I visited Italy. But watching this video I really understand why I love so much all this kind of food 💝🇮🇹

just to be correct: in the end of video you mention that "cannolo" is made with fresh cream; is not cream but "ricotta" a fresh cottage cheese made from sheep milk.
I know what is ricotta and I ate different types probably thousand times. I said "tasty cream", not fresh cream like the one you eat with strawberries. Slip of a tongue, and also the ricotta was so fine that it was practically like a cream, it definitely was closer to a cream than cottage cheese. But that's a well known fact that Sicilian cannoli are stuffed with ricotta.
And you make one/great mistake, you didn't suck the juices "essence of the sea", from head of the king prawn, that's one of the best thing on it :) But nice video :)
I speak some basic Italian, and communicate with people, but the specific accent of word "Trapani" is something I didn't know, neither anyone pointed out to me during filming. The word has a specific accent, that 99% of foreigners can't guess if not specifically informed beforehand. And as long as you are the expert probably in all the town names around Europe, I am happy. I suppose if I took you to my home country you would pronounce and guess everything right?
@ If I were shooting a video about Tallahassee or Wrexham, the first thing I would do is find out the correct pronunciation of the name. I would do it like this...
