Italian cuisine is more famous all over the world? Yes! This is why it’s considered the best. Greek cuisine and all the other Mediterranean cuisines are less known and underrated? Probably! I was in Greece, on vacation, and I ate wonderfully, like I was at home. As I visited Spain and it was the same. Saying that Italian cuisine is just pizza and pasta and that is less healthy than the Greek one, it’s just not true, you obviously know nothing at all about it. The Mediterranean diet includes all the traditional foods from all the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, including France, Spain, Italy and Greece, and all the North African countries touching the same sea.
