Hello bro My laptop is 144hz My laptop dosen have dp port I bought 240hz gaming monitor my game is giving me 190-200 fps now but i want to buy Dp cable so should i buy Dp adapter to connect it or should i buy hdmi to Dp cable

I have acer nitro 5. I played valorant on that but problem is fps is very low like 75-100. My display 144hz but my laptop can't generate 144fps. If i buy a acer nitro 165hz monitor can i get a 165fps on valorant? Sry my english is not good.

I only want an external monitor because of Adaptive sync - matches fps and refresh rate. Because my laptop doesnt reach with fps up to my refresh rate so its not smooth.. Will HDMI 2.0 GTX 1650 card able to turn on Adaptive sync?
