The battery boost option isn't showing for me my pc is definitely capable of running 144hz in which it was before I reset my pc. Now in my GeForce experience tab it say 60hz which is a problem. Also the Battery boost option isn't showing for me and I've downloaded all drivers. PLZ HELP
Go to general turn on experimental settings and then restart your pc then again go to geforce experience settings general and then scroll and you can find the fps slider to increase it.
My gaming laptop RTX 3060 i7 windows 11 and only runs 30 and lower fps in all games and I watch every TH-cam video and still same and my laptop is only 2 years old 💀💀💀💀

there is no option to change the frame rate in battery boost
This happens to me sometimes but I'm plugged in and the Nvidia setting is not on. The game just thinks I'm unplugged I swear.

In the control panel you cannot change the display settings if your laptop doesn’t support G Sync, or unless you have a monitor plugged in.

What game, setting level, and resolution? 40fps might be all a 3050ti can generate in a demanding game at high settings 1080p.

You must be capped under another application or by malware. Try running a malware scan using an antivirus software.

FPS is different from Hz. The laptops display is 60hz, meaning you can see 60 fps. The computer is capable of producing more than 60fps.

Do you have any game downloaded? Then click on it and press setting and turn off battery bosst

What if it says battery boost 2.0 and I can’t put it to 144
Because only 60 works turn off it then you can get 144 hz if you have 144 monitor or laptop
but the cpu usage is capped

I don’t have experience with ddr5. It however does sound like a temp issue. Try getting better ventilation to your system.
try uninstalling the game or formatting ur pc
