Every GPU and cpu overclock different. Every 13900K and 4080 will overclock different than every other one. The 13900k should be able to reach 5.6ghz easily with adequate cooling, and the 4080 should do 100 core and 250 memory fairly easily.
No. The tmp files are temporary, and anything you delete in that folder is no longer being used. Anything you have to skip is files that are being used, and windows is not letting you delete.
Ranked is built completely different than a pubs game. The primary reason is due to the amount of players in one spot. If there are 70 players in an area where there’s normally 20-30, you could see how that would change the fps. There isn’t really a way to fix it unless you just w key everybody.
Basicrow is correct. Make sure your overclock is stable in multiple games. I used a benchmarking tool to get an overclock that was stable for that tool, but wasn’t stable in certain games such as Fortnite and Farming Simulator 19.
I should’ve already had it disabled. If I didn’t have it disabled, I meant to disable it. I optimized my main PC using this exact method and did turn it off.
@BGDave your right but next video I think you should put your fps before doing the boosts and your fps after to get a realistic expectation of how much it will impact your fps
This point is valid however it will realistically be different for everybody. People with 8gb of ram will see a bigger boost than people with 16/32gb of ram. Same with people with quad core CPUs vs Octa core CPUs. But don’t worry I gotcha tho ;)

Overclocking is a process of which no two gpus will have the same results. Some people on that exact 2060 model, might be able to get 150mhz core and 600mhz memory without crashing while others might only be able to 30mhz core and 120mhz memory without crashing. Basically what I’m saying is that each and every GPU, even the same exact model and run, are all subject to the silicon lottery. This is a “lottery” you play when you buy any pc component, that determines the quality of the silicon used to produce the part. Each part will have to meet minimum performance numbers, and some parts even surpass those requirements with flying colors. Those parts are the better overclocking parts.

I wouldn’t recommend overclocking the internal GPU. That is using the same cooling system as the CPU, which overclocking it can cause overheating.

A relatively modest GPU over lock I would recommend is 50 on the core, as well as 150 on the memory.

This is not an fps test. It is simply an fps boost.
I have never shown comparisons about before/after. But if people want it I can start doing it. It just doesn’t add much to the point of the video imo.
