Question. I did the dip powder method to myself, and did the French nail application, but my smile lines are different in length on some nails/on each nail, how do you make sure each nail has the same length? (How do you know how far down to dip on the first application ) And second question is , how do you fix up a nail where your white smile line didn’t take well (maybe it’s from me over filing it off)

Video is great. For added speed I use a nail brush when cleaning dust. It gets it out around the cuticle. You did a great job explaining ing and your nails are so pretty

I thought you had to ruff the surface of the rubber base before applying step 2 of the dip liquids. This method will save some time. How long does the set last for?

I’m new to this so please excuse my ridiculous question 🥴 - for dip, you don’t do a “fill” when you have grow out, do you? You just remove the entire thing and start completely over?

thanks for the video! quick question- so after doing rubber base gel do you not put a top coat over that? i found my rubber base gel was very sticky/impressionable after curing it for even longer than 2 minute. would it affect my dip base liquid at all?

Can you reverse and do builder gel over dip after activator step?

I get my nail dip professionally done. Is there a like a top coat for dips that if I put it on at home, it will make my dip last longer?

OMG I just had a dip powder nail fall off and decided to try and use the gel base to fix it. I didn't do this with the others. When I tell you this was a game changer. I ended up with a dang near perfect nail and barely needed to file. Usually I have to file so much and get a lot of lumps and bumps out. I plan to soak off all my nails and redo them with gel base first then my dip powder. Thank you so much.

Coming back to this video because WOW!!! This worked so well for me, I use glamrdip and I was being slap dash with my nails and only doing 3 layers and leaving them in the dip for a short time and my nails were cracking really quickly and easily :(( Then I tried this and OMG my nails have never looked this good AND they last wayyy longer. Thank you!!! :) I’ve done 5 layers which looks amazing and lasts so well - obsessed!!!

This worked so well for me!!! I was doing 3 layers and dipping my nails too quickly and I was getting so much shattering! I tried 4 layers and leaving them in for longer and it helped so much! I’m going to try 5 layers next 🥰

I just did my first dip powder nails and lasted about 5 days before I noticed some chipping and cracking on my sidewalls. I'll be trying this out as now I have 3.5 nails removed after a week. The others are holding on strong.

Hi I have an off topic question: Is there a way to add chunky glitter to the routine and complete with a smooth finish? I normally add after top coat but the layers build up trying to encapsulate the glitter properly

The flame drill-bit, scares me, I feel like I will accidentally poke myself along the cuticle. I bought a slightly rounder one, just waiting for it to arrive.

Good Evening. What causes dip nails to develop cracks in them a week or 2 in? The top coat? Is that what you mean as shattering? Gel top coat will not do that???
