Great reaction!... this show is so good and keeps getting better. the details and characters are so complex. maybe for episodes 6-10 and season 2, do 1 or 2 episodes per video? (So we see a bit more from each episode).

Yes Daenerys Targaryen is the mother of dragons from game of thrones (this is her family but 200 years earlier) this era in the over 300 year reign of the Targaryen dynasty was call the dance of the dragons (and is considered history in Game of thrones so characters do talk about it that is why GoT does have spoilers for it)

The language the Targaryens speak between them is called high valyrian, which is an ancestral language that only they and a handful of people can speak. And it's also the language they speak with their dragons. And the Targaryens had the tradition of marrying their own blood. It would be normal for a king to marry his sister, so in this world, Daemon marrying Rhaenyra would not be weird. It was weird to every other noble house, but not among the Targaryens. And Daemon is one of my favorite characters, along with Viserys in season 1

Honestly enjoyed Season 1 and 2. But this season was just really bad overall.

I share your opinions on Francesca's storyline. Inclusivity just for the sake of it bothers me. But Bridgerton has been going down that lane since the beginning. In the books I think the introduction of Michael Stirling is a way for Francesca to experience passionate love later in her life, and never in the books does it give the impression that she was into women at all. John was her soulmate and she was attracted to him of course, but infertility was an issue. The relationship in the show just feels cheapened and it really bothered me. For me, this aspect of Francesca's storyline and Benedict's storyline were the absolute worst thing about the show. It made me rethink if I want to watch future seasons

Season three of “Bridgerton” was my last. I’m done with the show. It’s really sad because I really like the books, have known them for a long time, and loved the first season. The second season was okay. What I didn’t like, though, was how Anthony and Kate were portrayed. In the book, they get married because of a bee incident, but in the show, it feels like they betrayed Kate’s sister Edwina. I really didn’t like that part of the second season because it made Anthony and Kate look bad. The third season was disappointing. Penelope and Colin work as friends for me, but not as a couple. The other storylines didn’t impress me either. Charlotte’s storyline was annoying since it was just about finding out who Lady Whistledown is. I was hoping to see more of Queen Charlotte and her husband, especially because I loved the Queen Charlotte spin-off. But the story didn’t get deeper. There were so many plotlines, and it all felt over the top. What was up with the fake eyelashes and nails? 🙄 It was just too much. I ended up skipping a lot of the show because I wasn’t interested in what happened next. Sorry, but it was boring for me. I totally understand all the disappointed fans and I won’t be watching the fourth season because of the planned changes.

That request isn't tough but neither easy. Best strategy can you do to avoid killing any of them is gather and circle to get each one into the centerand any that come around the edged stun and resume eventually they all end up centerised.

I enjoyed what i was given, but it wasn't as good as it could have been. A little let down. I keep fantasizing what i would have done as the director to really show a compelling love story.

I just wished there were more Polin scenes.... they need more talking to each other. Explaining.... understanding..... Not a fan of to many side plots either. The wedding was so beautiful..... and Colin wants to sleep on the sofa... we will not see a wedding night then..... just Colin beeing a Drama Queen.... My opinion is that Penelope should not give up Whistledown. Colin have to deal with it. To much drama for me about that whole Whistledown thing. But I am a bookreader and the problem with Penelope beeing Lady Whistledown was much better solved over there in general....

My only problem is I wanted more Colin and penelope like too many side plots!😭

Thomas Brodie Sangster (Newt) was the little cute boy in Love Actually. So, yes, he's been in a very well known big Movie. He was also in that Nanny McPhee serie. And a lot of other movies and series since young age. He had more on his IMB than most of the other actors had at that time. He was also Jojeen Reed in Game of Thrones.

I really enjoy seeing your assessments- you have good instincts! I couldn’t ‘t help myself and already read all of the other books, so I know what happens. No worries, I wont’t spoil anything though. To your request: On the one hand I find the show uses an old recipe of tropes that aren’t surprising in any way. On the other hand, a mixture of actors that work well together, chemistry (of course mostly between James and Ruby- but not exclusively), charisma, lovely camera work and well written/ cut scenes make everything blend incredibly well together. The old tropes like the staircase- Cinderella moment or the dance scene aren’t cringy but rather sweet and respectful. I loved the show and can’t pull myself away from it since I first saw it. It’s the perfect comfort for anyone in need of it. 😅

I am so exicited for James and Ruby also Lydia and Ruby gonna start hanging out more after Ruby learns that she is pregnant. But I’m feeling that the dad didn’t want her around her around their company nor anything to do with her after that so I’m guessing he killed her

First off, thanks for watching this show with us. 🫶🏻 It was fun to see it again with you, since Maxton Hall will always be one of my favorite shows. Besides the beautifully arranged scenes, awesome soundtrack, and amazing actors with their incredible chemistry, this love story is just timeless for me. I'll still love it and enjoy watching it years from now. One thing I especially liked about the love story is that the problems James and Ruby face are external factors. Once they realize they have feelings for each other, they're all in. I'm super excited for the second season and hope the screenwriters have created another great script, close to the book but even more beautifully told. 🤩

i feel like he was so mean on purpose to make sure she would never try to talk to him again and keep her distance. Being nice would have had the opposite reaction and maybe she would have fought more? Idk ^^

Part of the dead silence from him is because his father gets info from people at school, so there's nowhere at school to safely talk without it getting back to his dad. The order for suspension came from his dad, after all. His dad is in business with the Ellingtons and has an in with the daughter because he tried to set her up with James in that deal. He's a major donor and likely gets regular reports from James' teachers and the headmaster. There are references to this in earlier episodes. It's horrible and painful, but she doesn't know yet exactly how abusive and evil Mortimer truly is. James really doesn't want her to have to find out the way he likely did. There's obviously good reason why he and Lydia are both terrified of him and massively messed up emotionally. That doesn't happen from one altercation with a teenager. That's trauma from long-term abuse since childhood. It also provides clues as to the unhealthy relationship between Lydia and Sutton that will probably get explored more next season.

I think Percy's just s a trusted member of staff. Treating someone well and with love and kindness doesn't automatically follow from a blood relationship. It's very common that many domestic staff have a more parental relationship with their charges than the actual family members do and I think it cheapens that by implying that the only reason Percy is nice to James is because they're related by blood
