I forgot... See you tomorrow. The following was written by a robot: This video challenges the common belief that a video with 1 million views is 10 times better than one with 100k views. Using a money analogy to illustrate the point (like comparing US dollars to Jamaican dollars), it explains that it’s not just about view count-it’s about the quality of those views. Happy iterating. Doesnit worki in incognito website?
I beat every other addiction but YT addiction. I had a tv addiction since I was 2 yo. I successfully quit Tv addiction when I turned 19. I only picked shows/movies from my tv guide - watched them and then switched off the tv immediately. I began to read more books. Finally I ended up reading the tv guide but switched on the tv less and less. I watched DVDs from time to time. This was back in the early 2000's. When YT came on, I mostly enjoyed old music videos there and finding forgotten songs. But that was all. With the phones came the problems. Meanwhile I got addicted to several apps - quit them all, but YT is still a problem. Funny thing is, I don’t watch videos when I'm outside. I often even forget my phone at the locker at my workplace. But as soon as I'm alone at home, I miss friendly, happy or calming voices talking to me. So I switch on YT. Even when I work at home I have to listen to playlists of old podcasts repeatedly of audiobooks - even old digitalized children records. I feel stuck and alone with my thoughts when I'm surrounded by silence. I guess having both ADHD and Autism might add to the problem.
This is stuff nobody fucking tells you. about point 4, is it being as raw as possible to create a familiar ground between yourself and your audience?
Thanks!
Blocksite was good, unlil i realized that i can just block the extention.

I watched probably hundreds of videos on how to create good content on youtube since I started my channel 5 months ago. The crazy thing is.. this 6:47 min video was so deeply profound It would had been enough watching only this to know exactly what one need to know moving forward. Great video man!
Could some say Jay predicted the future 🔥???👀
Are you okay? Everything alright? Hope to see you here again soon :)
So the problems is that in the long run it does not work... These Ideas might work for you about a week to a month, but will create abstinense that sadly gives you ideas on more creative ways to get to TH-cam. Like buying a new cheap phone = square one. Logging in on TH-cam at a library = square one. Do Factory reset on computer/phone square one. Even apps that prevent you to open webbbrowsers (for TH-cam) or the TH-cam app itself, makes ERROR when restarting your phone. So the problem is severe, like if you are in a prison. All you got is time, time to figure out new creative ways to give your self access to TH-cam. Did you know that you also can see TH-cam in Steam and Discord (by using a bot). So by now I hope you have figured out that you cannot block it, it's everywhere and beyond depending on your own creativity. So I dont have advice, actually... Storry to break it to ya, but this has been going back and forth in several years. Missed good opportunities in life like joining adventures with frends, skipped relations and letting grades be what they are since why care. From my experience, that's what I have discovered, when doing TH-cam you do not care about anything: oh I got a D as a grade = I watch youtube. Someone died = I watch youtube. It would be fun to go on this adventure = I end up watching youtube. I have to do work = I end up watching youtube. Today I want to take the weekend to relax = Entire weekend is youtube. Seeing the trend is TH-cam could be a good learning tool for everything but also a Devil where you sell your sole. Where anything that regularly should affect you does not, you do not even feel hunger here, the absolute necessity of life. And when you are affected by feelings they come out so fast and so heavy since they have been building upp (of guilt, emotions, things that should have been done but are not) that directly bonces you back to TH-cam and as a side effect makes you unable too sleep. SO WHY STOP YOUTBE NOW, IT HAS ALREADY DESTROYED MY PLANS FOR THE DAY. After it starts small, in the breaks doing short videos which extended to 30 or even 90 mins to destroy everyones individual plan, where it started by thinking "I will just have a short break". Now the entire schedule is destroyed, I will not have time for A anymore trying to rush with B, too keep up realising you are tired with with no energy and end upp by ignoring all the tasks and watch TH-cam instead. It's common and I ensure you that you are not alone, but then the guilt comes and you dont like the feeling of that. So where do you go? Obviously to the place where you cannot feel anything TH-cam. The negatiy of saying why should I stop TH-cam now, it has already destroyed my plans for today sets you upp in an emotional spiral that only gets you deeper in to spending more time with TH-cam. Since we have not talked about the day after, which Im calling the "repetitive phase"- a complicated story for another day. So I hope you have understood that you are not alone, never will and this occurs in all ages. This is like a drug carrying you like anything else, when doing it to much or use it to handle stressful, emotional or guilt feelings. It also gives abstinens even if you hike for a year or two with no connection, you will just end back up in a library to recap everything you missed. Is the truth, so accept it. But then understand why is it so important, what makes you come back, what makes you look why this site and nothing else? I think everyones awnser to this is individual, but I will today delete my history that my TH-cam algoritm have created for me. Today I think that is what makes me comeback and feel affected. Everyday is a waiting for someone I dont know releasing a video of what content I dont know but it is good, I know it or I believe it to be so. Before I let you go, I just want you to reflect on one last thing. Remember Fortnite, when the whole screen just got black and nothing worked. What if same thing would happen to TH-cam today. Would you be free?? Leaving your room, go out see the world? Maby start working on homework/work or even other work that has to be done? Sadly I doubt it, whats the next thing?? Games?! Movies?! You just move to another asset of things that makes your sole in control of not feeling. You do them since you have a feeling about them, but you never dream about them or what you have seen. Why?? - That is a complicated story, but its summarized with one word fattige. So being fattige makes you an easy target to continue since there are nothing in you that says NO. Another spiral, who could have thought. As I said, I do not have solutions since Im still fighting. But I hope that you are okay and honestly, I dont believe you can quit since all my solutions had always failed. Although, I do believe in you, that you can create a discipline. That TH-cam is not your life but just a very small part of it. Regards Albin#7222
And why do i have to pay to escape an addiction its as if you would give an alcoholic free alcohol every time he finished a bottle he gets a new one and then being like oh if you want me to stop you neeed to pay 30€
HOW do you block TH-cam website on an Android
Congrats on 10K<3 Miss the videos
I’m so glad this video came up in my search. I am addicted to TH-cam.
Still not back bro? It’s been a month 🥲

Don't take advice from this guy. He hasn't 'made it' himself.
This is great thank you! Do you have advice on iPhone & laptop use too?
great content. thank you for this!
Thank you, Jay. My very favorite YT channels I watch, in which I've seen grow exponentially, are those creators who are learning in front of their audience. Love the concept.

I'm done with TH-cam
I’ve watched most of your daily uploads. For me, each one kind of felt the same, like you were trying to work out a way to do something, but never sharing what you were actually working on. Lots of talk about growing fans, making something big and influential, grand plans, but no mention of what you were actually working on. You always seemed unsure of what you’re working towards. Not sure how long people can hear about your projects and plans without seeing anything tangible.
All you videos get about 1000 views, look like you have 1000 fans. I've got like 17 so watch out fella, I'm coming fer ya
Wow those 44 days went by quick! I watched the first episode and have opened TH-cam on most days hoping to see a new upload from you. I never missed an episode and many times I found that we had been pondering similar things at the same time which really helped me. Not many people are knowledgable/interested in the deeper parts of content creation and to have someone else in the same boat to bring new ideas to my attention has been a blessing. I've personally done 365 and 580 days short-form series. It felt amazing to wake up every day not knowing an idea, getting creative, getting the sets and the characters together, filming, editing, and uploading before that clock struck 12 again and again and again. It was an exercise that forced me to come up with something new and practice each and every skill along the process. Having gone through it, sure it was super hard at times but I believe it was necessary for me to do in order to become the creator I am today. I am putting all this experience and knowledge to the test and really pursuing long-form in a way I had never been capable of doing since I started in 2011. The 10,000 hours people talk about really does make a MASSIVE difference. Can't wait to see what you create next! I'll be following the journey!

One day, i will ask a way to quit Facebook on Facebook 😅 But serious talk, i really wish to find a way to stop feeding myself dopamine by watching youtube and facebook.
easiest and in my opinion quickest way to deal with your phone addiction is setting up your phone to black and white screen. Content is not that nice, and its easier to stop.
I have been on a 5 day TH-cam binge, literally, I’ve had sudden motivation at 2am before work to sort it out 😂 🤦
Fan here! literally searched JAY ALTO in my search because I wanted to hear your content.
Always a pleasure to hear your insightful thoughts in this quick, very digestible format Looking forward to seeing where things go next 🌟😎👍🌟
