Wait why is Onion Knight B+? He's the fastest character in the game. Especially when combined with speed enhancing accessories and upgrades. He never needs to dodge attacks because he can just run around them. So if an enemy uses a very slow HP attack he can easily punish it. What makes Onion even better is that ALL of his Brave attacks can evolve and come with a chain-able HP attack once he's leveled up enough. HP attacks are slow and can be punished, but if they start as a fast Brave attack, you stack on extra damage and chain it to an HP attack as a nice finisher, which most of his Brave attacks can do. His small frame also means a smaller hit box. On top of his amazing kit, he's not floaty like a lot of other characters and his run animation, movements and attacks are very tight and very snappy making him even deadly when you give him speed boosts. So you never want to keep him airborne, which is just a bad idea in fighting games in general. Onion Knight is S++ god tier.

In terms of damage ex burst damage, air dominance and ground dominance ,the best is Squall

It’s worth it but by the time u get a dark night job unlocked it’s just too op. And it’s like the character will be to over powered compared to all your other characters. I wish they made the dark knight job a little more balanced. And easier to unlock so you can play as one earlier in the game.

How did you get the move 3 skill with a female character?

I’ve kind of started doing my own experimental build with Agrias, but I’m not sure how it is going to go. I have her as monk with ribbon, power sleeve, bracer, and a sword (I have equip sword on so I can use her holy sword as a second ability). I like the utility of the monk and I want to maximize the damage on holy sword as well, so this is what I found works best. I was wondering if there were more traditional ways I can have the highest attack with her main ability, because this feels quite strange despite its decent uses. I am on the PS1 version and I was wondering if you could help me out.

How do you have 1105 Resilience and 168 hit rating at the same time without any hit gems? I have identical gear as you on my Warmane warrior and had to run at 4.85% hit (158 hit rating) if I wanted 1105 resilience.

Just finished the game and checked out what I missed. Trying to clear the backlog of my PSP games when I came across this gem. Here are what I missed : 1. Rose. Pretty sad because she's the only whip user and got a bunch of skills for her. On the bright side, got Claire for the final boss and it made the fight easier. Prevented the boss from healing and the area magic attacks for decent damage. Surprised that it (the real Gilvaroth) died so fast I thought there would be a 2nd phase LOL. 2. Gem of life. I don't like scouring the map and didn't use Colet much. So yeah, pretty much guaranteed to miss this. Thanks for the video!

Figures Dark can’t be doubled in damage or advantageous in some way in battle. Still one of my favorite elements just based on appearance.

Oh, that’s interesting. My boyfriend’s favourite and easiest character to fight is Jecht. And he can do multiple combo’s. But Squall is hard to understand for him😅

Are there items that grant immunity against frog?

Some monster types that, in my opinion, *should* be weak against the Dark element: Chocobos, Pigs, Treants & Dragons (Except the Dark Dragon boss from WotL). Reasoning: These monsters are associated with healing, buffs or otherwise supporting (You can use a dragon as a platform to jump higher.), so they exhibit some "noble" quality, if you will.

Beautifully done! Watching some of the speedrun done by GreenHornGT, it seems crucial to use magic to get to the Poacher's Den (WOTL NG+) as quickly as possible. Thank you for sharing this video. It should help greatly, when I try a speedrun.

I like how with Golbez you don't talk about how his jump has invincibility frames due to him doing mini-teleports. Or that he can practically combo any bravery attack into a HP attack, the only villain able to do that. He has much more tools then described.
