Wow, you've got some big races out there. The race market here is also pretty strong as well. I've run a few cross country races like that but its been a while and I prefer road races. I love your finishing kick on your race too Ryan. You looked like you were gassed and all of the sudden you took charge and passed a bunch of people. Nice work! Good to see Connor out there as well. As usual, well done video and I love watching your adventures.

I love this, the reason I started running ( nowhere near as fast as you guys)was because of my dogs so I am very thankful for that. it's a scary thought to have a dog attached you but being around the hips you don't get pulled over. I was lucky to witness a pr course record before belts were banned. running with a handheld lead is not good as twists your body and also takes up 2 widths so I was quite disappointed when the new rule came in,but can understand why as a few spoilt it for the majority. my boys get very excited when the canix kit comes out😁 .lovely lot of subscribers, on to the next adventure 🐕---🏃‍♀️👍

Well done you two. Strong performances and really nice banter between the two of you post race. I volunteered today in South Manchester and unbelievably Craig Whale appeared! We had a good chat, some TH-cam banter and then he headed off back to Yorkshire. I could not believe it, what are the chances of that?

Hmmm. That has the vibe of a parkrun with a number on. A course for a good strong effort but maybe not pb or season's best potential for the seasoned runner.

I was quivering with nerves just watching this! Who knew that speedsters like you suffer with nerves too. My top tip for improving race performances is to train for another marathon. (BTW no 5k course compares with Stratford parkrun course so you might as well stop trying to find one 😉)

At 4.20 you are signing on with one of the best age group triathletes in the country. And actually he zooms of infront of you at the start. He's a beast. Top running both.
