That 20 miler was amazing. I ran my first ever 20 on Monday. It nearly killed me and was slower than yours 😅👍🏻 I noticed how the rain made the paths much quieter as well. Always a bonus!
Well done on surviving the hardest part of training Haley, plus getting that 20 mile run ticked off. Now on to the best part, the taper 😁 Well done on the 500 subscribers too! Great video at Warwick. You kept Ryan at bay 😅
Good luck Haley and Ryan at Brighton. You will love it and reap the benefits of all that hard work. Excited to see that you have moved to Stratford! I wonder what we have to do to persuade you both to join Stratford Athletics Club? Will look out for your shiny new finishing shirts around town!
Good luck with your marathons Haley and Ryan. I am excited to see how you do and I hope the weather will cooperate for you. I've seen some videos of that marathon and it looks like the wind can be a wild card. Thanks for sharing your training routines. I still remember my first marathon -- scary stuff.
Thank you Eddie, it isn't looking ideal on the wind front currently... Can only hope it'll change or be pushing us along 😅😕Will definitely be memorable however it goes yep
I noticed one of your long runs, 25K at 6:01/km, really impressive and you’ve done 3-4 30K runs too. My max is 18K just before I got COVID. You’re doing really well Haley, just don’t overdo it and get injured🙏
@@raleyadventures Yes, Ryan's looking very strong for Brighton, I didn't realise it was actually this weekend. Good luck both, are you going to film the run?
@@AndyCliffMTB We will be filming a parkrun video on Saturday and then we will definitely be filming race day 🔥🔥Expect a video around the 13th if everything goes to plan recording wise that is haha 😂😂
Great stuff Haley, looks like your training has gone really well 😊 Best of luck for Brighton on Sunday! I’ll be there spectating so I will give you a shout if I see you… go on Haley, go on Raley might be the identifier 😂
@@raleyadventuresAh sorry to hear, hopefully you can tuck yourself into the middle of a group of runners and get some shelter - really can make a difference. I tend to be quite loud when cheering people on… so challenge accepted 😬
Well done on you 20 mile run and 3 hour run. You got this. Get to the start line with a nice positive attitude and be prepared for when you hit the wall, and I'm sure all will be fine. What are your race shoes of choice? It's good that a plaster works to stop you from bleeding
Does sound insane doesn't it 🤣😅 Ryan made that decision for me luckily by signing me up, so I didn't have to take that leap! But I do have to say I've been enjoying the long runs (apart from the acheyness 😂) and it's been good building up a solid routine
Not long to go now. Best of luck for the big day.
Not at all 🤯thank you!!

Thank you! May the weather Gods be in our favour 😅😅🤞🏻
Absolutely smashed the training Haley, now get out there and enjoy it! Best of luck today :)
Thank you Marc, was definitely an amazing day 😍

Thanks Rachel 🥳 After the Bakers winning the last parkrun challenge I was extra determined 😂

Thanks Andy, the long runs definitely take some adjusting too! Did you see Ryan's 39 km training run, absolutely insane 🤯😅
