How I Wired My LED Lights Into My Highbeams With a Switch
มุมมอง 86K7 ปีที่แล้ว
This video shows how I chose to wire my LED bar and pods into my high beams on my 2005 F-150. If you have ever wired lights using a relay, this is very familiar to you. A typical relay wiring diagram can be followed, as the only modification comes at the switch end. Using an SPDT switch, One contact is connected to switch power (just like a standard switch), one goes to the relay( also just lik...

Fix LED Hyperflash With a New Turn Signal Relay
มุมมอง 77K8 ปีที่แล้ว
If you have installed LED lights in your car, specifically in the the turn signals, you may notice that your lights flash super fast. One option is to install a load resistor with each light, but another is to install one of these LED compatible relays to slow down your blinker!
How To Fix a Broken Laptop Power Button

My brother dropped his laptop and damaged the power button. Fortunately, a power button is simply a momentary switch that triggers the motherboard's boot sequence. I decided to add an external power button, complete with a wiring harness, so he could use his laptop again.

I guess this Yeti cart is the "cousin" to the welding cart, because they both are made from scrap steel bed frames! The angle iron on these frames makes for great metal for building projects! Nice welder. I am a beginner. I clicked on the video because I saw the HOBART. I am using one at work, it's a different model, but looks identical to yours. The machine is solid and easy to use. I am considering buying the machine you have for my own personal use. Good video, thanks a bunch.👍👍

Thank you for doing this video and demonstrating what the problem is with the gears. Like some of your other readers, I was able to slide back the operating gear to its original position without the need for epoxy (on this occasion) and my HP Officejet 6500 seems to be working fine now. Much appreciated and thank you again.

That screw on the top right at 4:34 is silver, not black. The 5 of the 6 screws on the hinge are black and all the same, but that top right one is not. I'm reassembling this thing after months apart, trying to find locations for all the screws. :)

I fretted over this problem all night I looked at prices to buy a new Printer, made no heads or tails of HP support website, I knew that mine was a wheel failure but didn’t know how to see it, I’m a disabled Vet with only one good eye and live by myself, I had looked at others videos on this but none of them were any good and didn’t show very good skills, I had even went down the road of thinking I could get to the problem by removing the part and fixing it. That was until I came upon your video and yours was not even the same printer as mine but had the same paper pickup but you my good man saved the day showing how you used a mirror that was a stroke of genius, for now I have the wheel back on the splines but still have to get some glue on that wheel and splines. Huge thank you!!! May God bless you.

Just to say thanks for the information, the small cog that is on the spine that drives the paper feed had slipped of the spine and after a couple of pick ups it wouldn't stay put slipping off, after further examination the small the cog had actually had a split in it. I had some Araldite and glued it back on to the spine and left it to dry overnight and today its working fine. Mines a office jet 6500Aplus, but it seems HP used this paper feed set up on many printers. Which appears to be a major issue, a poor design as it would need a massive strip down to replace on tiny cog, which in effect would be the end of a good printer.

Hi, Yesterday apply this method , been driving about 20 minutes , no hard acceleration, just light drive, and the app show the next information : MID:$a7 TID:$0c Misfire counts for last/current driving cycles(calculated) - Misfire Cylinder 6 Data Max: 65,535Count Min: 0Count Test result value: 1Count PASS MID:$a8 TID:$0c Misfire counts for last/current driving cycles(calculated) - Misfire Cylinder 7 Data Max: 65,535Count Min: 0Count Test result value: 3Count PASS Today I did the same procedure, but only for about 5 minutes and it shows this : MID:$a9 TID:$0c Misfire counts for last/current driving cycles(calculated) - Misfire Cylinder 8 Data Max: 65,535Count Min: 0Count Test result value: 1Count PASS So , i don't know why yesterday, with 20 minutes of driving, shows 0 counts on cylinder 8, and now with 5 minutes of driving 1 count. And 3 misfires hits a signal of bad coil? My vehicle is a F-150 2011 Limited,6.2 have issues little shaking/vibration, no engine light on. Spark plugs motorcraft new, fuel injectors cleaned . What do you recommend? Thank very much.

This was right on track for our issue for the HP 7520. one day it was working fine and the next day we have "out of paper" messages. We used a bent piece of wire to get the epoxy up there. Just a dab to keep the gear in place is all it took and overnight to dry. I figured, it wouldn't hurt to try this repair and the worst would mean I have to purchase a new printer of which HP recommended. Thank You!

This doesn’t fix anything related to the real problem of stray current in the circuit. The resister acts as a load, absorbing the stray current, diverting it from the light. The battery will still drain. It’s like fixing a small plumbing leak by wrapping a towel around it, so you never see the water.

So I have an 04 F-150 and I have LEDs in it, Brake/tail and front marker/signal bulbs. I got the LED relay and now I have another problem. If I use the turn signal WITHOUT the parking/marker lights on literally EVERYTHING flashes! Dash Back Lights, Climate Control Back Lights, and all 4 lights indicator lights on the outside of the truck so literally everything. If I have the parking/marker lights on they work as normal and only the left or right sides flash. Has anyone else had this problem??? If so how did you fix it?

Thanks for the great video. I have a HP 7520 and I like your suggestion to use the Mirror. I used Gorilla Glue and have fixed my machine. My only 'bad' experience is I turned my printer on its right side for a few minutes, and a lot of black ink leaked out and made a huge mess on my desk and printer. So don't do what I did!
