A lot of people I knew/was friends with when I lived in WA have moved to CO. It really is a popular place.
My wife and i moved from the westwood Neighborhood just down the street to the Martindale neighborhood now we love living in Lakewood. Love the videos.
I am so happy you enjoy them, and welcome to Lakewood!
Things are changing fast. Latest jobs went from 315 in March to only 175 in April. Also I heard there’s tons of inventory (9news yesterday) in Denver now. Thanks I enjoy your videos !
Thank you so much for watching! Inventory is getting better, but we still have a substantial shortage. It will be interesting to see what happens to rates over the next 12 months.
There are some real nice houses in Denver/Lakewood/Golden/etc but they’re out of my price range
Those are some great areas - Lakewood probably gives you the best bang for your buck. What price range works for you?
@@destinationdenvercolorado ohhhh, probably $800 a month or so. I’d probably need a roommate for that.
@@destinationdenvercolorado with SSI, my income cap is $1,470 per month.
