I just got a 100 series 2006 159k Miles I'm glad you daily drive it, I missed it how long have you had it? Does it start every time has it left you stranded? I paid 25k. Its Nice.

I've had my 2005 lx470 for about 6 years (and just hit only 100k lol), Idk how I didn't know this.. but In the center storage compartment near the arm rests, there's a little button you push to pull down two extra drink holders. LIFE CHANGING lol

Cool looking build, super cool to see a family doing a passion project thats not fully centered around what mom or dad want to do(not that there has never been a time) but more progressive of yall to at least let son drive the build and to work together with no american chopper style drama in the manuscript. Probably because like evereyone else who commented how cool of a project this must turn out to finally be. Hey dude, awesome video series! I recently did the same swap with the artec truss. I haven’t gone long arms yet though. Did you have any issues with the driveshaft hitting the trans pan? When my driver side droops, it bring the driveshaft into the pan 😢

Also, in this model they have KDSS and ATRAC. The absence of the engine plastic cover is beneficial as it allows air flow which cools the starter that's located under the manifold. The Starter Location under the intake manifold in the 4.7L 2UZ Engine was a poor design that causes premature starter failure due to excessive heat. An No, The last Triple-Locked cruiser was the 80 Series/ Lexus LX450. As stated above, the ATRAC eliminated the need for FLD and RLD. I've always wanted a J100 especially a LX in that color. I just hate the way that bumper was sliced. Definitely needs a steel bumper in the front at least.

At 9 min you mention you wish it had cup holders in the arm rest. However it should be in the center console near the floor. It’s a pullout rectangle and that’s where the cup holders are for the back seats are.
