I'd keep the 383 maybe 440 crank and do a budget stroker. 440 source have a great budget kit. EFI . mustang 2 front.9 inch. Paint is perfect. I'd go true rat rod. Flat black paint and only color would be a clean shiny coat on the firewall and the engine. Firewall I'd do the original CJ paint code and the engine since it's the old Mopar I'd go bright hemi orange. Id also fix the rust.
