Yeh - I think it’s probably for people that have never owned a drone before. If you’ve already got one you don’t need this, unless upgrading from a Neo, a very old model of DJI Mini or another brand.🖖

@ I’m in the states. According to the DJI Store my M4P never left their warehouse but when I placed the Flip order I received notice via UPS that it left Hong Kong within hours. My guess is they needed all the M4P cameras to make the Flip they could get. Also leads me to think an MP5 is just around the corner.

As far as the camera is concerned it's a Sony A6700 mirrorless APSC camera. I can't affeord Sony Lenses, but my go-to lens is the Viltrox 27mm f1.2 pro. Even though I'm a qualified photographer, that was many MANY years ago during the era of 'wet' photography - I'm still learning this new camera, so wouldn't really feel qualified to do a video on it. Thanks buddy! Having spent the last 2 day cogitating + staring at myself whilst editing for most of that time, I think it's an ideal starter drone, but probably not for someone that already has a Mini 3 Pro or above. Standout feature is the VLOS though - I do like that... 🖖

Nobby! - it is an honour to be left a comment by your good self - thankyou Sir!. Whilst I was testing, the wind was getting fairly strong - as you could see I was in quite an exposed area and I didn't suffer any significant problems (but maybe that was just the honeymoon period!). One thing that I did notice in the edit was that if I stuck it in D-LOG M whilst using the controller, switching to autonomous mode left it in D-LOG M which I thought was kindof weird - more testing to be done I think... Yeh - probs not for anyone that's already got a DJI drone, but anyone switching from something like Holy Stone or if they've not had a drone before would probably like it - or of course if upgrading from the Neo... 🖖

Or like me you can’t stop buying what ever DJI puts out 🫣, it slots in for me as a follow me drone without a controller, I’ve found it ok for what it is , I’m keeping my neo for fpv and MAVIC 3 pro is tops for every thing else ( until MAVIC 4 comes out and I know I’ll buy that )😂

I too studied 'wet' photography for a couple of years, and yes I agree - getting the best exposure at the time is obviously the best approach. But with digital video and constantly changing light all in one shot, that becomes more of a challenge. I'm quite happy to let the technology help me with my shortfalls.... 🖖

Ah yes, of course - This was just a very basic explainer for standard ND filters, however you can see the effect of polarizing filters in these two videos : th-cam.com/video/ji2m2bVDCwQ/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/sWApAGsj9f4/w-d-xo.html. I do have a video planned (for when the weather gets better) to go through every type of Freewell filter for the mini 4 pro, including polarizing, high strength ND, snow mist, UV and Light Pollution filters, so keep an eye out for that one as well! @amoktimeflies totally cool , but just getting the mini 4 I was hoping to get a one to one of what I might expect from it. I've seen some awesome footage online but not sure how they are capturing it .... From snow mist filters VND etc there's just so much to try and figure out what's being used and what I might want to pick up
