Impatient Gardener, Flower Hill Farm, Soils and Margarita, Lawrence flower farm, Frasier Flowers, Roy Dilbik. I live in NW Illinois, zone 5b. Too bad I missed you in Chicago - I work in the downtown area. Always great to meet a fellow gardener! Maybe next time
99% other youtube channels overplant.. it's cool that you don't. I think it also depends what kind of gardener one is. Avid gardeners are year round in the garden so they understand things are not always gonna look perfect. 😉
Wow!! Thanks for cleaning out the van! That’s the best Christmas Present!!!
Don't the bulbs need a period of cold treatment?
That area gets well below freezing until the end of February, so they'll definitely get their cold time.
Thanks for the behind the scenes…I wish you and Liam a very Merry Christmas! Zone3 Manitoba 🇨🇦🎄❄️
plastic hangers, after a rain storm or high winds, toast
I thought I was the only one that makes compost in the car!😂😂😂
I love bidens & plant alone in small container to sit on my patio table.
❤Hope u guys have a Safe and Happy Holidays ❤ Can't wait to see the green house full of plants again!
I've had plastic hangers break the past 2 years on 14" plastic pots in August when the plants really filled in. I only want metal now, even if the plastic looks better before the plants drape over.
I love this video," The Addiction Is Real." Ohhh, I hear ya! It is such a good video for me to watch- I am going to watch this every month because, boy, I can relate- Thank you. Still chuckling as this ends... Great tips, as I have come to realize your videos always are full of great tips!
I adore El Brighto coleus!
Great job!
I finally looked up where Posen, Mi is. "Home of the Potato Festival" YUM!! 😉
I had a cherry wood cabinet that warped and discolored by a salt lamp. Any suggestions? Thanks Liam for your guidance! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!
Move daisy in with heucara and should do good.
I think I’ll try one there - that area does get pretty cold later in the season, so it might be risky, but worth a shot.
Like the Greek pattern pots. Did you water the daisy's? That will help
Plastics hangers hard to hook and unhook on roof. Hard to manipulate over time
Brrr. We’re just finally getting some cold and snow in NH. I love the pots, especially the Urn. I prefer the plastic hangers to the metal (on a plastic pot).
Thank you for the reality of keeping plants alive and well through the cold winter months. Our cars need attention, too!😊
My sisters brain dead ex took our fathers guitar to be refinished. 😢 It was a dark brown, almost black with white trim and mother of pearl inlay on the fret board. He had it before he had kids. So there was probably forty years of nicks, dings (and tooth marks I’m sure) from 8 kids and countless kitchen parties. We all learned to play on it. Now it’s a weird dark beige with nothing familiar to it. No character. No “daddy’s guitar” when you look at it. 😢
Hi Cory, I did plant the jewel frosted sapphire petunia in a few different pots. Very beautiful! The ones that's did the best were on my south facing deck. Lots of sun! Mn zone 5a
Can use it on hardwood floors?
That was fascinating to watch, some food is required for my wood pieces too! Great info. Close up of your tree please! 🙏🇨🇦🎄❄️
Thanks for the video. I have some furniture that could use this treatment on. Happy holidays
Great video. Very helpful!
Gardening TLC and the Impatient Gardener
How do you prepare old varnished furniture that has been dusted with a spray furniture polish (gasp) for years? And what would you suggest for regular dusting going forward?
I love using wax-n-feed on my kitchen cabinets after I wash them. My cabinets look and smell amazing afterwards. Merry Christmas Corey and Liam!!
I love the Restor -a- finish. I have cats and plants and... stuff happens. It really does make your furniture look ... not new, but a ton better.
My first thought was where’s the mayonnaise? 😂😂. Another informative video. I have some pieces I need to freshen up.
Confession... I have tried the mayonnaise trick. It did work for me on one stain, but I couldn't get the image of a chicken salad sandwich being smeared on my table out of my head :)
@@UpNorthGardenMI😂😂😂😂 I know what you mean
In the seventies we commissioned three Quinn Anne cherry tables. They were very pale when they were finished. They naturally darkened with age and Tung oil. I've hesitated to try anything on them to remove small water spots. How would the products you used react to tung oil?
Thank you! I had no idea there was a product like that. Very helpful
The results can be incredible -- just remember Restor-A-Finish doesn't work on polyurethane.
Thank you both for a wonderful video! 😊
Wow, I needed this video! Thanks!! #Bringbackthetinsel
Liam INSISTS on tinsel... he's frustrated the new stuff doesn't hang as nicely as the old-fashioned tinsel :)
@@UpNorthGardenMI
I agree. I love 1950's Christmas movies...the tinsel was amazing back then!!
Awesome video!😊❤
I like both pots but I like color. When it’s not the norm and still colorful, I like it.

Hey, I like your channel! I don't live in the US, I live in Sweden. I think my growing zone corresponds to your USDA 4. I like hearing about your varieties that are often hard to get in the EU. My local nursery likes to be challenged by me to try to get hold of the plants I've become interested in.
I just love your channel! A little bit of everything. You just do a great job!
Hi Corey! Thanks for your great advice. I’m in NH and a rezoned 6a. I watch Budget Gardner w/Vita Loca, Garden Crossings and Gardening TLC. Have a great holiday season 😊
Hi Corey. I'm reading the comments and it's helping me find other Zone 5 and below TH-cam content creators to start following. Thank you for putting this out there! 😊🌺
