I have been getting nasty and insultive comments here on this particular video. Some of you are saying I am downgrading other people’s work here on this video. And let me ask some of you do you actually understand the meaning of downgrading someone’s job at all? Do you? Because even before I upload any of my videos, I watch for like two to three times while editing it to be sure it’s ok. I might have said here in my video that I’ve been seeing several doughnut fillings that looks like pap water and it’s not looking nice doesn’t mean I am talking down on someone’s work. I am only saying what me and you I’ve been seeing recently on the internet. Well except yours is looking like the ones me and you I’ve been seeing online hence your nasty comments. You can all agree with me we’ve seen alot concerning the trending doughnuts fillings. Go to instagram and see comments then you’ll tell me if I am actually talking down on other people’s job or not. But if there’s anyway I might have said it and it doesn’t sound nice to you then I apologize as I’m in sorry for that. But coming here to drop insults is not what I will tolerate. I am not the type that look down on people rather I teach them how to do it nicely so that they can become more better in their craft. Go and ask about Macaris carefully and the ones that knows me too well will tell you. I have been sharing my recipes here on my channel that I use in baking for my customers and a lot of folks here have benefited and are still benefiting from it. I am not bragging about it I am only stating the facts here. So you all should listening carefully. I am not the type that come on TH-cam to start talking to people or exchanging words rather I mind my business, I post my recipes, respond to comments and I waka pass but at it the same time it doesn’t mean I don’t know how to respond to someone or give that person same energy he or she came with. @@julietdadzie875 Noo I’m not getting you wrong oo I was just been curious sha. The thing with doughnuts is it takes time somehow. Let me explain If it’s been kneaded with hands it takes like 15-20 minutes to get the perfect texture of the dough for it to be fluffy after frying. Then for mixer like 5-10 minutes. Mixer is quite faster. But I choose to use hands here in the video so that people can understand because not everyone has mixer. Then for it to rise properly it takes like 45 minutes depending on how active the yeast is. So doughnut takes roughly 1hr depending on quantity though.

No difference. Both are same methods. It just depends on choice if you want it round or the one that has holes. The one that has holes are perfect for glazing.
Well I’m not too sure but you can try just the two recipe except condensed milk like remove it and see how it goes. If it goes well it can become your own recipe.
Don't miss plenty if you know you cannot finish it. For the donut it can last for up to 2 days without fridge. Just keep it at room temperature without the filling. You know how milk can get. I hope I was able to help
