I'm making this rn and idk what did i do wrong, i did the exact measurements except i used margarine instead of butter, i added the water and mixed it all together like she did and its still so sticky no matter how much flour i add. Im letting it rest rn and hoping it will work when i cook it cause i really do not want all the ingredients to go to waste, i used my last eggs for this cause im really craving it 😭.

Hello ma, I kneaded my dough for 15 minutes but I did not get your smoothness and stretch 😢. I went ahead to knead front more minutes and still nothing. Please help😢
The same thing happened to me! I just let the dough rise/rest for longer. If that doesn’t work, microwave a cup half filled with water for 2 minutes, then microwave the dough with the cup for about a minute or until the dough has softened
For 5 cups of flour, 1 1/2 cups of water is not sufficient to get the same consistency shown on her video. Try adding 1/2 cup of water making sure that there is no dry flour left.
