I think these things are going to save me a lot of stress since I can put them on shut out the very irritating noise from other people that are in the same building as me. I love that they can be used wired as well so I can plug into my stereo receiver for watching TV and movies. And even use them with my PlayStation VR! :)
Wow they are really awesome! Have them paired with my phone now too and using the google assist. Coolest tech ever being able to talk to them and access everything on the phone and the net just buy talking to your headphones. And they even give it kind of a personality so it responds with amusing comments to your questions. The noise canceling is fantastic and sound quality is really good. I hardly ever even want to take them off now when I'm at home. Wish they would let me change googles assists name though. Funny response when I ask it if I can change her name though.

Great video. I must ask. Can these headphones be used with a cable and have bluetooth disabled (transmitter turned off) but still be active noise cancelling? I am a bit concerned that using the for an hour or two on bluetooth wireless isnt overly a healthy idea. Basically, will they work like QC25 (BLUETOOTH OFF)?

Suzi Schwabe there is a button on your left side. You can click on that to choose noise cancellation setting between low, high or off. However an app will help you keep your headphone updates with latest software.
I had some Bose wired noise cancelling headphones before these and those wired ones needed a AAA Battery inserting into the headphones themselves in order for the noise cancelling to work. I cannot find a place to put an AAA Battery on these BOSE QC 35II so does the noise cancelling on them just work from the charge they hold within themselves?

I just received the Bose comfort 35 11 headset and found the there were very few instructions thank goodness for your video! I have found some problems and have tried several different way of correcting them with no luck. The sound with my headset keeps breaking up. It's with everything even my music. I've added the app's and that didn't solve the issue. Is this something has to be snt back to Bose for repairs or replacement?
The only thing that I can think of is the headphones to the device that it is connected to. Also, is it possible that you are getting interference from another device?

Thank you for sharing. I’ve had mine for years and never looked into the middle button between the volume controls 😂. Additionally, I found out I can answer calls, answer a second call, hang up using that middle button. I’ve yet to try that and will use my partner as my guinea pig 😂

DonCortezakos -Hi, Don. It’s called ‘Bose Connect’, located in the app store if you have an Apple device. For other platforms, I do not know how would you obtain your apps but it’s there if you make a search since the headphones are also supported by Amazon Alexa.
When I plug the aux cord into my laptop and the headphones I don't get any sound. Is there a setting I need to set before I can use aux cord, or are these only supposed to work with bluetooth?
For the record you don’t have to “push slide” the power to pair your headphones. Just slide the all way back & just hold for one or two seconds & it should go on pairing mode. Just saying! Cool video tho!! 👍🏼

Noise canceling works by emitting the opposite frequency of a constant sounds such as vacuum, airplane, hum vibrations while you are using the headphones. It does Not mask the sound coming from the headphones

I have managed to link them to phone and iPad no issue but i can not figure out how ANC works if I’m not listening to music i hear everything else in the room just muffled by the headphones and the online manual is useless doesn’t explain in any way. I have set ANC to max but it sounds just the same as when its on low. HELP thanks

Yes they have a rechargeable battery. A small charging cable comes in the carrying case with the headphones

There's 2 size for the cord jack.. one jack is 3 something's and the other one is 2..make sure the 2is connected to the 🎧
Make sure you pushed in firmly in with a bit of force. No metal part should show
