I have some Sony WH-XB910N that I got day after Thanksgiving. They were pairing OK with Amazon Fire TV until about 2 days ago. Now they work. What I learned was what he suggested turn them off, go to pairing mode on the TV, turn the headphones back on but hold the on button down about 5 seconds. That's what brought them back. BTW, the 910 is great. Paid $123 at Best Buy Black Friday deal. Keeps out the noise from the upstairs apt and the background noise and the music played at the YMCA. Couldn't be happier or more surprised with these 910s.

Good info. Amazon has it's own settings menu for bluetooth also. Not sure about other streaming sources such as Paramount+, Disney+, etc..

From what I have seen, most TVs do not allow this unfortunately
