Today's recipe is gluten-free lemon cake which is perfect for summer!
This cake has a lovely combination of refreshing pound cake & icing made with lemon juice and peels.
and the bast part of this cake is its healthiness, I used "rice flour & rice oil" instead of "flour & butter"!
