      I'm feeling calm and refreshed. My energy feels a lot softer and my entire upper body feels relaxed. I can breathe a lot deeper now.

    Shoulder stretch with a bonus hand pressing! Yay! That stretch reminded me of the forward fold variation where you stand on your hands. I'm inspired to take a few extra moments for myself this morning to indulge in some forward folds. Thank you!

    This was exactly what I needed! I hadn't even noticed the tension in my shoulders until I felt it melt away. While I was doing this practice it started to rain for the first time in a month of oppressive 35C weather, feeling grateful and blessed 💛
