@@BreatheAndFlow you may not have 50 likes but I promise you there is more than 15 people needing it. You've helped me swap an unhealthy addiction for a healthy one. All I can say is I appreciate you.
For me, 15 minutes feels a bit short BUT I will like this comment because I know lots of guys would watch and maybe get into yoga through the 15 minute video. It's better than nothing in the morning, for everyone!
A yoga video getting 218k views only points to how badly so many of us needed this practice in our lives. Practicing with you has made immediate improvements to my life and I can’t wait to continue the journey.
I tried the Yoga For Men series before doing the Ignite Program and it was too difficult for me. Now, after building up strength and practice through the 28 Day Program, I am proud and happy to say I can make it through these Yoga For Men classes! Still building up more strength and ability to do all the poses, but grateful to access them. Thank you Breathe & Flow!
Thanky for your classes, from may till now i have lost 6kilos by doing these exercises, do not smoke anymore and not drink alkohol also, great work, thank you
This series introduced me to yoga. As someone who has enjoyed meditation and studying the body and the human experience, this has been a very enjoyable practice. Thank you for sharing!
I nearly stopped after thirty mins or so my quads were on fire but just as I was going to turn off my phone I listened to my breath and stayed at it,this is now my turning point 🙏❤️ I am happy!
And...this is a fantastic workout for women too! (I know you've mentioned that before also!) Perfect length and descriptions, and nice and challenging. Love how you explain the rationale behind some cues (like holding onto the pinkie side of your foot when doing lizard quad stretch, for example.) Really appreciate all your videos. 😃
Thank you so much. In my life I've done sports training, weightlifting body building, cross country. I wish I would have tried yoga decades ago. Please more yoga for men!
if you're new to yoga do the EMBARK 7 day beginner yoga program on this channel instead. if you want to learn handstand head to our patreon community, link in description, for the full handstand program ✌️
I keep coming back to these Yoga For Men sessions! Yoga with Breathe and Flow is how I've started my morning throughout COVID, and hopefully I'll keep that going as long as I can. Along with some calisthenics, running, deep squats and handstands, and kettlebell work, I feel well-rounded in a way I never have with other typical lifting "bro" workout splits. Thanks so much for everything you guys do
Hi Flow, just wanted to say thank you for doing these videos. I’m struggling with energy levels at the moment but you’ve inspired me to get involved and follow your classes. Thank you!
These videos are pure gold! I am 195cm, and have always struggled with hip and shoulder mobility. This has helped me so much, I have been doing your workouts for about a month now, keep them coming!
I admit it, during this practice I fell 2000 times, and I felt frustrated. But yoga has tought me resilience and patience, and I know if i am constant and disciplinated I'll get throug it
Love it man, thank you so much for this. I really apperciate the lack of filler words like "bring healing energy into your heart." Most yoga "instructors" use a ton of phrases like that which mean nothing, only fill space and distract me from my focus, my breath. All the love from Mexico
I have been practicing almost daily for the past couple of months and I finally came across Breathe and Flow. It hits everything i'm looking for in Yoga practice; challenge, sweat, calmness, and just a great overall balance. Looking forward to being a regular. Keep them coming!!!
"Breath into this pose", " the breath guides us", "always come back to the breath". I did not understand how important the breath was when I began yoga. I did not know the reason behind these quotes because I was new. But now that I have made yoga a part of my daily routine, a part of myself, I am beginning to understand "the breath". It was one of those things that clicked after putting some hours/days into practice. It has always guided me. At first, I would struggle on poses and my breath was sporadic. Until I got more comfortable with the poses and submitted my mind and body to yoga with time and effort, I was able to understand the breath more clearly. Thank you breath and flow.
It is just the way I practice. I don't necessarily consider this intense or other teachers or styles less intense. I am happy this resonates with you, thanks for watching!
This was such an incredible class! I was dripping sweat! I was intrigued by the name "for men" and wanted to try it out being a woman and seeing what the differences are. Didn't notice much, the class just felt really advanced, which is what I was looking for. Thank you!
Hey Flow, thank you for putting this vid on TH-cam. Your vids are good compliment to the practice I've followed for the past year, and takes it a few steps forward. We're used to an hour practice, so, we'll be doing the shorter vids twice. Thanks again for the vids. In Peace
Your videos are superb. I really loved them. I've followed your 28 days Ignite program. Already feeling so energetic throughout the day. Now I've started your. Yoga for men series. I want to request to make a playlist and put all yoga for men videos in that. For now i have to scroll them inside popular videos playlist. You guys are really doing super job. I can feel the changes you guys have made in my life. I would also love if you'll make a video on your diet plan like what you eat according to your research so that we can have a balance vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates even do we eat less. Though i am from the land of yogis (INDIA/BHARAT) still i love to see your videos. Thanks a lot.
Thanks again for this work. I've said it before, but I'll say it again. It's really helping me do more yoga. A couple years ago I got addicted to calisthenics and didn't have time to keep my yoga practice. I now integrate your videos into my weekly routine. It allows me to give my body a break from my normal intense workout and get some nice stretching, while also being strength based enough for me not to feel like I am taking a rest day. I love it!
Man, I am so grateful for these videos. I've found my love of Yoga through you so Thank you so very much. I have been doing your videos for the past 6-7 days so I decided to try another video and I got about 1 minute into it and thought, "Nope, this won't do at all. I need a Flow session!" so I did this one instead. No disrespect for any other channel but I connect with your calm voice and your clear instructions so much better. You are challenging but not demanding and it works for me. I feel like I can go at my own pace and I'm seeing improvements every day. Thanks again and please keep making these videos. You are the best!
I am from Portugal. Thank you very much for these classes that have helped me a lot in the fight against fibromyalgia. You can already see the change and the muscles appearing in my body.
Fantastic, I've tried many classes on youtube, yours are the best for me personally. I very much like your very calm, down to earth and wise instruction and advise. Thank you 🙏🏽
Flo.. thank you as always. Amazing practice the pump in my thighs is unlike any machine at the gym could do. This is why i switched to yoga and calisthenics 1 year ago . This is true power within. Much love.
Hey flo, I just wanted to say that I LOVE the slightly longer holds in classes! It really allows me to dive that little bit deeper, which makes the practice more meaningful. I am forced to focus. I would really like more classes with longer holds, like the slow and strong class. Excellent class and I feel super strong. Sending love, thank you for helping me grow so much over the last half year.xxx
I have been doing yoga on and off for years and since lockdown been really committed. I have previously been using Yoga with Adriene and only recently taken on your classes. They are a step up in intensity but I am ready for them and they have helped me moved to the next level. Your calm guidance and gentle motivation is a delight. Thank you.
I have commented before but I will again. These videos have changed how I look at physical and mental health so much and they are much appreciated... especially in isolation/lockdown. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Namaste!
After this class, I feel ready for the day ahead, whatever happens happens now I've put in the work already 🙏🔥 thankyou once again for these, so refreshing to have some strength in yoga and some new challenges !

Your channel started me off, I'm now nearly 5 months practising and now the subtle changes in my body often surprise and blindside me. Thank you for creating this opportunity for people.
I just finished this series two days ago. And today morning I played this long session. If you're reading this, I can say that I see difference how you evolved as a channel. More professional backround and cameras. But the series high level of professionalism is going lower. If you get me. The episodes coming after episode 20 feels a little bit slacked off, like we're in a rush. It might just be a feeling. I'm looking forward to do this series again. thank you!
Thank you! This series has benefitted me greatly, I needed something more challenging to aid me in letting go of past mistakes, regrets and guilt and to practice self-love and be present.
Your videos are awesome, I loved the ones that last 30 minutes, please if you could do more of those 30 minutes long videos for men, that would be super fantastic!
This series is AMAZING! I've always been in decent shape, but never done yoga consistently, until now! I'm just two weeks in of every day practice, but already opening up significantly and feeling better both physically and mentally than ever before. Thank you and please keep publishing!!!
I think what would be interesting to know, is how these yoga practices are helping my body. I know it's good for flexibility and for a strong state of mind, but I think for men it would be interesting to know how these routines help our body in everyday life or help us during sports or in weight training. Since you were/are a martial artist I think you'd have an interesting perspective on this subject. Keep up the great work, these videos are the toughest workouts I do all week and I feel great after I finish them.
You and your partner are both amazing!!!!! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos they’re so inspiring it has kept me sane during this quarantine!!! Blessings 🙏🏼
You said it, sweat. My ankles were slipping off of my knees in standing pigeon. The crescent lunge and twist are starting to feel more like home. Those one footed transitions are still giving me a little trouble. I'm happy. I've overcome a great plateau, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and it's only improving.
Thank you! My favorite quote was the transition from 3 leg dog to handstand to crescent on the other side... "See like nothing happen" lol I'll get there :)
Great class, Flo. Going back to these classes (it's been a few months) I'm reminded how challenging they are. Lots of strong transitions. Thanks again!
Great yoga session! The way you put together a flow is out of this world. I haven't found an instructor that incorporates such new and fun movements. It's refreshing to not do the same things over and over and also have a focus on men's areas. For instance, I have lager leg and glute muscles and it's awesome you focus on those! I have done this day many times! I am recovering from lower back and glute/hip pain and cannot do all the movements but that is ok. I like how encouraging you are and how you approach each movement physically and thoughtfully. I have tried many other of your vids to @Breathe and Flow and I am getting better and enjoying it too!
Really great class, Flow. Ultra inspiring to witness such strength, mobility, stability, combined with solid cueing! I’m excited to learn more through your content! Be well & thank you 🙏🏼
I like how you talk about the poses in depth. I've been following tara stiles for ten years now (don't get me wrong she's great), but I've felt more opening and sensations when I listen to your pose direction than I ever have before. Just now I realized downward dog is for my shoulders not my legs XD
thank you very much, that is some great feedback. i feel honored. the problem is that a lot of teachers on youtube are actually not trained yoga instructors (however tara is!!) and even those that are, lack the in person teaching experience in studios and workshops as well as do not continue their education. we taught public classes before here on youtube for many years and still do. our main focus was indeed teaching in person public classes up until we started traveling full time. now we teach workshops and retreats and online only. thanks for appreciating our style and noticing the differences ❤️
Inspiring and sweaty. Absolutely my favorite! I've been following your channel for a while now. I got injured from running and started doing some yoga to recover. I thought it would have been boring and instead...I'm really loving it! Thank you so much for sharing your classes 😊
Thanks so much. So happy you're feeling better! More videos are coming that are more gentle than this, also videos for runners are coming and other sports.
Really nice flow for a full body practice. In hope this encourages more men to the mat. It's such an amazing gift to pass on something so ancient to our modern lifestyle. Namaste brother 🙏🏾

Fire killer ❤did that whole on the 3rd approach! I will find a stable job and definitely subscribe a yearly package! Namaste
Awesome workout, I am impressed. Thank you.
These are my favorite yoga videos of all. Just the right thing for me.
Really nice flow for a full body practice. In hope this encourages more men to the mat. It's such an amazing gift to pass on something so ancient to our modern lifestyle. Namaste brother 🙏🏾
This is also my hope and why I share those videos here. We need more men on the mat. Thank you for the nice comment and best of luck on your journey!
Now I understand why they call the last pose corps pose, I was really dead after this one :) Great stuff!
awesome job!!
