Licensed items are not part of access those still have a charge.

So can I use stencil vinyl to do truck decals?

Yes. I've made stencils for businesses. My advice for you is, as soon as it's painted remove it. Give it no dry time. I found that if you let it have dry time it will not have sharp clean lines when you pull it.

I can not give legal advice, but I can say. As long as I own the design, I use and sell mine. Screen printing is done by stencils and people can legally sell those. so Definitely check with your legal advisor.

Yes, you can get it at Michael's, Walmart and Amazon. It's inexpensive and when you do stenciling a little goes a long way. Thank you so much for watching.
