I've been driving the new Model 3 since September 2024. It has been a fantastic car so far and I love it just as much after 5,000 miles. The sound deadening is great. The downsides are the windscreen wipers and Tesla Vision in its current form. I've had a few episodes of phantom braking although considering around 3k miles has been in AP - it hasn't been that bad. 251 wh/mi average (LFP battery) in mixed UK weather. This has included sunny days 20c/68f down to -7c/19f. My standard range RWD model has been great in snow and handles brilliantly. All round it's the best car I've owned and I'm never going back to ICE!
I was driving around in weather that was 90+ degrees. The glass is so much better than the older cars and drastically reduces the heat you feel in the cabin. The cooled seats are strong enough to keep your back from sweating or dry it out if you already were. Some of the better cooled seats I've ever used. I hope that helps!
So are there any changes from 2025 vs 2024? And the ambient lighting should automatically dim way down at night for safety but idk why it doesnt work for you 😵💫
I was focusing more on changes from the prior models, such as my 2020 Model 3. The ambient lighting might dim, but I still don't like the placement at all. Admittedly, the reflection during the daytime from the silver trim portion of it is the worst part for me, I'd probably wrap it or cover it.
I've been driving this new Model 3 2024 (not 2025, why 2025 anyway?) since January and have loved everything about it. The only real problem is the vibration in the headliner that appeared after 12k miles and according to the service center it's recurrent and many of the new version come back for service because of it. They solved the problem with insulating foam around components sensitive to temperature changes.
The cameras are 1000% improvement over ultrasonic. My truck has sensors and it's always acting up. My car never has ussues and im in northern canada with lots of snow. Hands down the better design
Thanks for sharing! I am torn, personally. The USS were better with objects roughly 4 or 5 inches off of the ground and included a very accurate distance measurement, but Tesla Vision paves the way for an exponential increase in functionality, though I found it to be less useful as of now. But, it has absolutely gotten better compared to my 2023 Tesla Model Y.
@evhelphub the 2019 model 3 I drove before wasn't as good. My ai4 with the 5mp cameras is crazy accurate in the refreshed model 3. And surprisingly the cameras are very resistant to getting dirty, even the back one with the new changes to the housing seems to stop a vast majority. My truck rear camera is unusable within minutes of driving. I'm getting weeks of slushy, wet and dry snow and haven't had to clean them yet in this model. Even roads with no markers covered in snow the fsd seems to be confident enough to tackle without hesitation (on vs 13, 12 seems to studder lots)

Glad to hear you are loving it!
how does the ventilated seats work in hot humid summers and how much heat comes through the Glass Roof..

I'm glad they found a fix to the headliner rattle. I had that in my 2023 Model Y as well. It overall feels better built that's for sure.
