I am glad you guys have brought this up 👏👏👏 very well done content. I'm doing this from last 5 years after suffering from sugar specially toothaches. I've cut white sugar and I remember as kids we didn't have a culture from eating outside, everything was homemade even samosas but suddenly a culture from eating outside appears, once we change our habits we see a clear difference in our mind and body, I'm almost 40 and ppl predict that I'm 29... Last year went through a weightless programme and stopped processed foods and that helped lose 7 more kg. Trying to avoid those processed food and eating out. Able to maintain weight now and feel much more energetic and not getting much of colds etc.

I think you should make video which includes how we can avoid sugar or how we can start reducing it .. because I have tried so much but at the end I crave move and ends up overeating everything
It's been 4 months since I quit refined sugar and I have noticed significant fat loss around the belly and face. Trust me though, it wasn't easy. I felt so lethargic and my mind craved for some sugar. I had this metallic kind of taste in my mouth at times. But hey I pushed through all those and now I am fine without added sugars. My skin started glowing. My bowel movements are easy and consistent now. My abs are visible and I feel lightweight
@birdieroom you don't have to substitute refined sugar with anything of that sort actually. Your body gets enough glucose to function just from the daily carbs that you eat. I even drink tea and coffee raw, without added sugar eventhough it's fine to add some. You don't have to go extreme like me. Just keep track of the added sugars you're taking and make sure it's within daily recommendations and also be active, get your body moving to make sure it's fuel and not some means of instant gratification.
I had removed sugar since my 9th grade and it was very effective and also it's very effective it is also effective in your weight loss only if you have healthy and proper diet
AbhiandNiyu, there should be an app where we can scan the ingredients and the app says if its healthy or not as well as what is the recommended for our health based on our age, height etc. Atleast this would make people to avoid buying the unhealthy packing food and create awareness
This was very informative video.. Thanks to both of you for putting efforts towards creating it... I still remember around 5 months ago, i had fever and cough and i went to a medical shop, and bought 2-3 chocolate bar along with the medicines...then it became so addictive that each day i was consuming minimum 2-3 bars, it lead to various skin issues like pimples, anxiety level went up, and all...I couldn't find the source of it then i saw one youtube shorts regarding how suger is killing us secretly... From then i stopped consuming any items which contains added suger, started to read the levels.. Turns out it was one of the best decision i've ever taken..😊
I weighed 120kgs , wanted to lose weight desperately , i improved my diet and replaced my sugar with artificial sweeteners like sugar free, it helped me a lot , till now within a span of 6-7 months i have managed to lose 26 kgs . I mean diet changes and workout helped a lot but I think cutting down sugar gave a significant boost to my weight-loss journey .Now i don’t crave for sugary products anymore .
Soo much improvement in the quality of content presented since the last time I saw a video on this channel a few months back..content was always top notch but the way it's presented now with animations and the fast edits make the video really engaging..keep up the good work!❣️

I did a personal research on this because of my own issues with weight but as I learned more and more this opened up a whole new theory on why Indians are so diabetic. You should look at Dr. Robert Lustig's conferences where he puts everything in detail around sugar and it's affect on a high level.
Great Information ! ❣I am a sweet tooth but I am controlling it since a while. Still it is addictive. Also, my observation is that sugar is one of the forms of dopamine boosters and therefore many of us binge over sugar during stressful situation (similar to other addictive sources ). I would love to know it from you guys how over the years, generation by generation, human mind has transformed due to smart phones. Why anxiety sounds more relatable than joy and stress free mind. I hope you will consider this issue too.😇

Sir your all videos are informative & truth real my suggestion is please make a video on 'Salt' which is more poisonous & harmful than sugar & salt is captured by everybody Dr, patients, etc food industry all are captured by this & body does not need so much of salt pls make a video on salt.thx
"The Bitter Truth About Sugar: Unmasking Its Addictive Power" Summary: In this eye-opening video, the harmful impact of sugar on our bodies is thoroughly explored. The video delves into the addictive nature of sugar, the hidden sources of sugar in everyday products, and the adverse health effects associated with excessive sugar consumption. Key Takeaways: 1. Sugar's Addictive Nature: Sugar, often underestimated, is compared to a drug due to its addictive properties. It triggers the brain's reward system, releasing dopamine, similar to the way drugs do. Overconsumption of sugar leads to binge eating and cravings. 2. Neuroplasticity: Sugar consumption rewires the brain, forming new neural pathways that associate happiness with sugary foods. This leads to addiction and an increased desire for sweets. 3. Hidden Sugar: Sugar is not limited to desserts; it's present in many unexpected products like ketchup, protein bars, and salad dressing. Reading product labels is crucial to understanding the hidden sugar content. 4. Sugar-Related Diseases: Excessive sugar consumption contributes to obesity and diabetes. India has a significant diabetes problem, with over 10 crore diabetics and 13 crore pre-diabetics. 5. The WHO Recommended Limit: The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends consuming no more than 50 grams of sugar (equivalent to 10 teaspoons) per day. 6. Artificial Sweeteners: Diet sodas and products containing artificial sweeteners may not be healthier alternatives, as they have their own set of health concerns, including obesity and tooth enamel erosion. 7. Take Control: Making desserts at home allows you to control ingredients consciously and avoid excessive sugar. It's essential to be mindful of your sugar consumption and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 8. Blood Tests: Regular blood tests can help monitor your sugar levels and provide valuable insights into your overall health. Conclusion: Sugar is a pervasive and often hidden ingredient in our diets. While it may not be as harmful as cigarettes, it is undoubtedly addictive and can have detrimental effects on health when consumed in excess. Understanding the sources of hidden sugar and monitoring one's sugar intake is crucial for a healthier and more conscious lifestyle.

*WHY SUGER IS HARMFUL FOR US* 🇮🇳 Sugar is a type of carbohydrate that is found in many different foods and drinks. It is a source of energy for the body, but it is important to consume it in moderation. Excessive sugar consumption can lead to a number of health problems, including: Weight gain: Sugar is high in calories and low in nutrients. Consuming too much sugar can lead to weight gain, which can increase the risk of other health problems, such as heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes: Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition in which the body does not produce enough insulin or does not use insulin properly. Insulin is a hormone that helps the body's cells use glucose for energy. Consuming too much sugar can increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Heart disease: Heart disease is the leading cause of death in both men and women. Consuming too much sugar can increase the risk of heart disease by raising cholesterol levels, increasing blood pressure, and damaging the arteries. Stroke: A stroke occurs when the blood supply to the brain is interrupted or reduced, depriving brain tissue of oxygen and nutrients. Consuming too much sugar can increase the risk of stroke by raising blood pressure and damaging the arteries. Liver disease: The liver is responsible for filtering toxins from the blood and processing nutrients. Consuming too much sugar can damage the liver and lead to liver disease. Tooth decay: Sugar is a major cause of tooth decay. When sugar comes into contact with bacteria in the mouth, it forms an acid that attacks the teeth. Tooth decay can lead to cavities, gum disease, and tooth loss. Cancer: There is some evidence that consuming too much sugar may increase the risk of certain types of cancer, such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer. It is important to note that the relationship between sugar consumption and health is complex. More research is needed to fully understand the long-term effects of sugar consumption on health. However, it is clear that consuming too much sugar can have a number of negative health consequences. Here are some tips for reducing sugar consumption: Drink water instead of sugary drinks, such as soda, juice, and sports drinks. Eat whole fruits and vegetables instead of processed snacks and sugary drinks. Choose low-fat or fat-free dairy products instead of full-fat dairy products. Limit your intake of processed foods, such as baked goods, candy, and ice cream. Read food labels carefully and choose foods that are low in sugar. If you are concerned about your sugar consumption, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian. They can help you create a healthy eating plan that meets your individual needs. *LOVE FROM BENGAL*

Stopped eating sugar for the past 2years and it’s amazing, things I have excluded are chocolate, biskets, cool drinks,no rice only chapathi and millets roti.after sometime you will realise it’s just an addiction and I have never liked coffee and tea.
Why rice excluded

being as a teacher i make my students aware as much as I can that how sugar may become harmful. Mene bhi unhe biscuits packet and all bhi packets m mene importance btaya to read the labels. i also don't consume much of sugar but mene thoda aur kam kia and I can feel the outcomes for consuming less sugar daily. AbhiandNiyu you are one of the most valuable channels on the youtube. more power to you.

SUGAR IS NOT DANGEROUS LIKE CIGRARETTE BUT SUGAR DANGEROUS LIKE VERY MINI DRUGS 🥶 | THANK YOU ABHI BHAIYA EXPLAIN THE TOPIC 😊 ❤
Can u tell us which food should give natural sugar . I mean daily diet .
Amazing video with Amazing topic. I personally have stopped so much sugar intake and could see the difference in weight as well as mood and daily energy levels. Instead added fresh fruits which helped a lot. Love you both Abhi and Niyu and your content❤
Kudos to your efforts guys in this platform full of negative videos i found you guys with a positive approach for problems our generation really deserve more influencer like u guys❣️
I think you should make video which includes how we can avoid sugar or how we can start reducing it .. because I have tried so much but at the end I crave move and ends up overeating everything
Great video! Eagerly waiting to see how you expose the other foods that we consume daily in your next videos.
How u substituted the sugar with which options?
@birdieroom you don't have to substitute refined sugar with anything of that sort actually. Your body gets enough glucose to function just from the daily carbs that you eat. I even drink tea and coffee raw, without added sugar eventhough it's fine to add some. You don't have to go extreme like me. Just keep track of the added sugars you're taking and make sure it's within daily recommendations and also be active, get your body moving to make sure it's fuel and not some means of instant gratification.
What about Suger cane juice
I had removed sugar since my 9th grade and it was very effective and also it's very effective it is also effective in your weight loss only if you have healthy and proper diet
AbhiandNiyu, there should be an app where we can scan the ingredients and the app says if its healthy or not as well as what is the recommended for our health based on our age, height etc. Atleast this would make people to avoid buying the unhealthy packing food and create awareness
Finnally!! Now I can show this video to my grandparents they don't trust me with this topic but now they will 😌 thankyou guys for making this video
thank you guys , you are doing awesome work for the society
💓
Congrats bhai🎉
Wow!
Artificial sweeteners are worse than normal sugar stop right now
I started ignoring sugar items from last month... Observing the difference in my body 👅❤
@FoodDNA will happy to see that someone take his movement a further step ahead❤❤❤
Soo much improvement in the quality of content presented since the last time I saw a video on this channel a few months back..content was always top notch but the way it's presented now with animations and the fast edits make the video really engaging..keep up the good work!❣️
Bhai jab sawaal ka jawab last me milega toh direct last me hi ja skte hai na 0:53
Is natural sugar is same bad as processed sugar like I am taking about fruits like mango , custard apple etc
The thumbnail of the video is sooooo amazing! 🤩I clicked the video just because of the thumbnail btw great video! Whoever made the thumbnail did an amazing job!!😍
I did a personal research on this because of my own issues with weight but as I learned more and more this opened up a whole new theory on why Indians are so diabetic.
You should look at Dr. Robert Lustig's conferences where he puts everything in detail around sugar and it's affect on a high level.
very nice , pora mindset hi change krdiya desserts aur sweet sugar ko leke ainda se na ke barabar hi khaunga
I hope you will consider this issue too.😇
Entire smart phone + the internet = anxiety n stress
@ShivaniSingh-wu7zv
Evolution!... the ones who were more negative towards a possible threat situation survived, back when our ancestors lived in forests etc.....
That's why ur everyday thoughts are more negative than positive & that's why you're more reactive towards negative situations, ur mind throws flight n fight mode.
@@jhalakjain2429 okay girl, Noted👌. I wrote this comment 5 months ago. After that,I've meditating regularly & strenghtening my mindset. It feels like an improvement.😅 Thanks for sharing ur thoughts.

"The Bitter Truth About Sugar: Unmasking Its Addictive Power"
Summary:
In this eye-opening video, the harmful impact of sugar on our bodies is thoroughly explored. The video delves into the addictive nature of sugar, the hidden sources of sugar in everyday products, and the adverse health effects associated with excessive sugar consumption.
Key Takeaways:
Conclusion:
Sugar is a pervasive and often hidden ingredient in our diets. While it may not be as harmful as cigarettes, it is undoubtedly addictive and can have detrimental effects on health when consumed in excess. Understanding the sources of hidden sugar and monitoring one's sugar intake is crucial for a healthier and more conscious lifestyle.
Mene sachme pura padliya
I am a big fan of yours and also a subscriber, your videos are making a very good impact among the people, we all know that almost haphazard development is taking place in every city of India, we are making the same mistakes now as we used to do earlier. Well, urban development is happening very fast but on the contrary, urban greenery is so little, that cannot be expressed, I hope you will do something on urban greenery.
Agreed! Thanks for the suggestion

*WHY SUGER IS HARMFUL FOR US* 🇮🇳
Sugar is a type of carbohydrate that is found in many different foods and drinks. It is a source of energy for the body, but it is important to consume it in moderation. Excessive sugar consumption can lead to a number of health problems, including:
Weight gain: Sugar is high in calories and low in nutrients.
Here are some tips for reducing sugar consumption:
Drink water instead of sugary drinks, such as soda, juice, and sports drinks.
