    My dad bought me her autobiography recently. Her writing is just as brilliant as her photos. And her courage unparalleled.

    I learned about this incredible photographer in my History of Photography college course. OMG she's amazing! And almost no one knows about her. So happy Kate Winslet was cast for this important role! Can't wait to see it!

    This is going to be so hard and so amazing at the same time. I see an Academy Award in her near future.

      She's one of my most favorite actresses of all time!! Her, Cate Blanchett, Viola Davis, Natalie Portman-- I think those are my top picks. But, there are many incredible talents!

    Finally! a Lee Miller movie! Wish it also showed her time with Man Ray etc as the contrast between her life as Vogue model, muse and artist makes her war work even more fascinating.

    This feels like a very lived-in period piece, not a caricature. I love Kate Winslet. War is vile but war requires good journalism, lest we forget. I wish we didn’t continue pushing the same agenda only to throw more journalists into dire situations. I got anxious just watching this trailer, I can’t imagine what they still go through, what they’re forced to go through in some cases. Thinking of Bisan.

    Interesting person she had many lifes this is just one part of hef story she was 38 when this happened had a son and lived for many years after war in England.Wish they would look at her whole life not one part but im still interested to watch the movie all the same. Hope is not woke as some comments have said. She was a strong woman but had many flaws like every other human on the planet

    Perhaps less prominent is war correspondent history. One of the more famous for both WWII and the Korean War is Claire Higgins. Look her up. Not sure why they did not do a film on her.

    There is so much more to this story than this. She is complex and flawed. Im interested to see this but if she is portrayed as a hero, then you have done history no service. Why cant we have flawed, complex, nuanced geniuses?

      Because they MUST push this stupid feminist woke narrative. 🙄 it is beyond obnoxious. Just tell a damned good story and if it is based on true events or a real person, then try to tell the TRUTH.

    Ahhhh damnit! They are going to RUIN this movie by constantly pushing the "woke feminist" narrative throughout the movie. Like my word, wver hear of subtlety?!! Stop hitting us over the head Hollywood! WE GET IT! Men are evil and women are all heroes....ugh. so obnoxious. They are going to waste two of the most talented actresses alive.

      You realize that this is a work of history? That Lee Miller really did this, and that she had to talk her way to the frontlines in the face of resistance to her being there, and that that was a condition of engagement for women in and around the military at the time? I know reality is a lot to take in, but give it a shot, maybe do some reading, Mr. SquirtlePower809, if that really is your name...

    • @SquirtlePower809
      @SquirtlePower809 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Alan_A4643 bwahahhahaha omg lmaoooo no my real name is not a Pokémon character-- well done. And also while this is based on a historical character, the script is not. The dialogue and scenes are created by stupid, woke Hollywood writers, because I highly doubt this woman said such cliche and stupid one-liners that are so cringe.
