Chinese Cabbage and Chicken Meatballs Soup : Easy & Quick Recipe

In China, the Napa cabbage soup is very often part of meals.
It is delicious, healthy and easy to prepare, from a meat broth.
Here we put chicken meatballs in it.

1 Napa cabbage (about 700g)
2L water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 onion
5g cilantro
1 tsp small dried shrimp (optional)
Chicken meatballs:
2 chicken thighs
1 garlic clove
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
