Modern new dslr/mirrorless cameras and lenses are so sharp i find i need to tone them down a bit and a small amount of softening by Manuel focus. This tz60 is wonderful on-so many levels. Pocket size, unobtrusive. Lightweight. Zoom. B n w setting etc etc etc file size. Easy of use … the list goes on. Just a pleasure all round. And an a4 size print is perfect for it
Nice camera! I still shoot my lumix TZ70, it's actually my main camera! 😊 Somehow it lost some megapixels from your model, mine is the 12mp version, also lacks the GPS.
I’ve just discovered your site and would like to add this….I’ve broken a couple of TZ 70s and hated the 80 and 100 replacements for a simple reason, they do NOT allow photos to be filter edited after being taken which the 70 does to the nth degree and allowed me to produce some great but ridiculous effects ! I now have the dc-tz95D which I also dislike as for the money the macro shots are no sharper so I’m going to see if WEX or the LCE here in Newcastle would like to do a swap ! I would not dream of buying a more expensive camera as I’d just break it and believe the 70 is almost the perfect compact camera !
The Z/TS series of pocketable P&S are designed for snap shooting when you don’t want to mess around with composing your shot and all the artsy stuff pro photographers like. They’re meant for having fun. For more serious shooting, you need a bigger P&S, a bridge camera or a DSLR/mirrorless camera. Its all about having the right tool for the situation at hand.
Nice camera and good nearly all situations. Have a TZ61 and my first digicam was a Lumix LS3 5MP from 2006. I have it still in use:-). Wish you a sunny day.
Yes I recommend it I’m also a photographer I mean really any digital point and shoot camera is good for beginners because you don’t have to worry about changing the lenses
I messed around with some film cameras when I was younger, but this was the first one I bought and owned myself. I do own a Brownie because they’re 10 a penny, but maybe I’ll pick up an Instamatic too.
I just changed one stuck in Danish. Scandies must have liked these cams. You need to turn off auto on the top dial to open up more settings options. Then it's obviously in the settings menu, i didn't need to understand the language to change it to English.
This thing might have the same sensor as my old FZ82, actually. Funny little thing. Would you rather spend a day shooting with a TZ60 or with your smartphone?
I didn’t realise those bridge cameras used such tiny sensors to be honest. I’d rather shoot with this simply because of the easier manual controls. Although you’d probably get better images out of a smart phone nowadays.
@@adamblack9837 Using 1/2.3" sensors without all that computational fakeness is quite err... challenging, yes. But those zoom ranges can be quite massive and I think no smartphone can do that, even with high resolution sensors, digital zooming, and "AI" sharpening. To be fair to Panasonic though, the FZ82 is more of a bride to bridge cameras (like the FZ1000 for example).
The 30x zoom in such a small handheld camera of 10+ years ago is seriously impressive
Love the humor and love the photos. Good vid man, subbed
Really happy I came across this video. Honest and humorous review. 😂
Took one of these to Florida last month and got some amazing photos with it. My new favourite pocket camera.

deadpan is my fav, my grandad just gave me his one of these that he had in a cupboard so i want to learn how to best use it, nice to see footage of it

Really helpful video. I have this camera and was great in explaining how to use it and what the limitations are
I like your compositions and despite the camera’s limitations it still looks like a fun pocket cam! Nice vid, enjoyed your sarcasm. ✌🏼
Was looking to pick up one of these secondhand. This video is hilarious (and helpful!)
Hi, thanks. Got mine when it was released and I still use it in some occasions. Great camera with a lot of functionalities 😅

That “Please comment” was the first point of laughter
My view is … the best camera in the world is the one you have with you at the time … to coin my own phrase
Hii, I was just wondering what your main settings were when you were shooting the photos?
Would you recommend buying it? And what the nam for this camera 📸 because I'm beginner so, please answer 🙏

My first ca mera was an Instamatic 50. I won't tell you how long ago that was.

Is still worth it for cinematic videos sir ?
Good on you, mate. Got another subscriber! #SizeDOESMatter
TZ70 really blew it away with it's lower resolution sensor
Hey... When will you review a camera with a CCD sensor?
Any day now!
@@adamblack9837 Today? Just kidding man. I really liked this video. Honest and fun!
has stabilization?
Hi can you show us how to change the language mones stuck in Swedish

Hi I have this camera and I don’t know Which charger it needs someone can tell me how this charger call?
It’s a proprietary port. Google a cable for your specific camera. Lumix USB cables should fit most lumix cameras.
@@adamblack9837great video on this camera.
