Panasonic TZ60 - 18MP 1/2.3" Noise Galore?

My TZ55 has the same lens cover problem! Got it second-hand and this happened the second time I ever used it, even though it's kept in a case! Seems to be a problem with these Lumixes.
Great video. Thinking of getting one of these as a back-up!
