I'm amused at myself in how I never tire of listening to Jocko. I've been following him for years. Read most of the books. More than once. Just about everything he talks about here, I've heard or read previously. Yet, I still carve out time to listen and learn. Awesome video, thanks!

I had a conversation with a co-worker the other day about luck and karma. I told him that there is no such thing as either of those. It's simply a humanistic thought process completely void of credit to the One who controls everything. There is a reason for everything that happens in our lives, and alot has to do with our decisions, of course. But the things that seem like pure luck in our lives was actually the hand of God at work. That said, I appreciate your and Jocko's teachings, y'all are a true inspiration to all men that want to be more like...well... men.

Why Jocko fought in Iraq, thousands of miles from America. Wh not reject like Mohammed Ali, the boxer, rejected to participate Vietnam war knowing these were wrong wars.
