Both kits have different shape language. The chunky one feels like a robust frontline warrior while the slim one could be a recon/special ops unit. I love them.
Just finished my Steel Haze and Orbiter Nightfall as well. I like that these doesn't use any color correcting stickers, but it does require you to paint the tiniest detail to the correct color which is better anyway. Recent HG kits that also doesn't use stickers are the Zoworts, which are designed by the same person that designed Armored Cores in the past.
I'm still waiting on my pre orders from March. It hurt seeing the displays in Japan but they're sold out everywhere and the December restock pre-orders are sold out too.
I hope it comes in soon that's a long time to wait for it! I did see restock pre-orders sold out here as well, I wasn't expecting there to be so much demand but glad to see they're loved!
@@gunplasisters It'd been almost 10 years since the last Armored Core, so fans had been foaming at the mouth (including myself). Still find it odd that Bandai didn't expect this level of demand in the first place especially since the whole concept of Armored Core is kitbashing your own robot, so fans definitely would want multiples of these kits
Where did you find them they've been out of stock at panda, Argama and Canadian gundam?!.... Also I'd love to see you guys build some Iron Blooded Orphans kits my favourite gundam series and the one that got me into Gunpla and mecha building in general
These ones came up from the states! So hard to find in Canada they were sold out so fast! The next two are coming out this month I believe! IBO has some really unique looking models and I love how they do that!

Just got recommended this on my homepage. I hadn't seen these kits before; they look very cool!
Both are very nice looking kits. I think I agree w/ Smiley, that Steel Haze kits stylized look is pretty awesome. I may have to pick that one up.
It looks like they've already announced more kits to add to the line coming out in Q1 of 2025!

Kyoukai Senki kits almost have the similar shape as these ones and they are really easy to build too!
I've seen these! Glad to hear they are a good build as well!
