I couldn't not do yoga. I did rest for awhile. Had to. I was just tuckered out. I'm ok now. This was the perfect meditation definitely. Thank you so very much Maestra. You are a wonderful teacher. Im getting better everyday.

Today was maybe my 5th or 6th time doing this practice. But it was the first time my wrists and hands started hurting and sweating during the meditation. I wonder if I was tensing my arms too much or there were some new changes happening. Maybe both? 😄 I love the mantras in this one. Blessings 💖
I have recurring thoughts and urges that I don't want for myself. Can I rewire my brain to function like a normal human? Please guide. Can your previous (very old) PTSD kundalini meditation help me in this scenario? If no then what should I do. I have already consulted psychiatrists. I was suffering from depression and OCD. I have recovered from them but I have unwanted thoughts that pop out of nowhere. Please help
