How to change injection timing on Mercedes OM606

Advance or retard your timing on your om606.
There is a 4th bolt besides the 3 in the front, which is not mentioned, that sits on the back of the pump, which helps support it to the block. you'll also need to loosen it.

Hi thanks for this vid, my OM606 up to 1500rpms runs like a tractor, above 1500 it runs like a champ.. its OEM setting, injectors were pop checked and it runs fine within 135Bars... any ideas?

Hi, you say you're running waste oil, do you mean waste motor oil? How long have you been running it in your 606? At what ratio what is your filtering setup? Thanks!

The reason you're finding it so hard is to adjust the pump is there are 4 bolts not 3.
The information in this video about timing is also wrong. You need to advance the timing if you change to 150 bar injectors because it takes longer for the injectors to "pop" which in turn retards the injection angle. Kind of shows your lack of knowledge
