    I don't know why but... I just can't start a conversation in front of someone.. Not even my own parents... I'm just a really shy person... And nobody likes to start a conversation with me. I'm like that kid that nobody likes because of how they look. I think I look perfectly fine the way I am, but all the other girls seem so confident and out going. I'm just that one kid in a room that nobody talks to :( That's what happened at summer camp, I never wanna go ever again! Someone please help me, I need help asap

    i love saying thank you. it makes people smile and feel good, and when i do something that people say thank you to, i feel good about it. like holding the door for a mom with a stroller, or an old lady and they say thank you very much, it's an awesome feeling!

      but you always are going to expecte something at some point of time. even a rock expects to be rolled by the river ,n if its too strong n stays..later it wants to get the moss off.
      you are dead if you don't expect . i ws hurt too because i expected from somebody who didn't give a damn..but how can you not.

    • @mohaglade4892
      @mohaglade4892 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      well i told yo, you will expect things but you're gonna have to expecting the best from yourself instead of spending the time worring about things you cant control you can't control people minds or anything the only thing that control that is spending more time expecting the best you can be ,and doing wat you have to do

    its funny how people work. they tell others that they're absolutely gorgeous and worth it, while they tell themselves the opposite. how one can do something to another, but when that other does the same to them, they wouldn't be okay with it. when you try to do everything for a person and look over their mistakes and tell them that they are worth it while they put you down and point out your flaws. it's hilarious how I know these things from experience. but what's not funny nor hilarious, is that many people who have read this comment has been in at least one of these situations. and I've been in all, unfortunately.

    You are often your greatest tormentor. People around you are not judging and evaluating you all the time, the world is not a hostile place and you are not the thug's horse poop! Learn to treat yourself with more love and care. This may seem obvious, but the truth is that many stop at this basic lesson, which is learning to love and accept with the complete package. When you love and accept yourself as it is, it makes it much easier to receive love and affection from others, to be valued at work and respected where you circulate. Exercise this muscle so important to your self-esteem.

      +I am Random Low-self esteem is largely a collection of bad thoughts that we've repeated to ourselves so many times, so often, that they have became habits, just like slouching in your chair or leaving the toilet seat up. The way to break any habit of thought is by replacing them with other thoughts. In other words, list new thoughts that your ideal self would have, and repeat them over and over again so that THEY become the habit. This technique has helped me so much in my life with my own self esteem issues, and I believe it can be applied to almost everything in life. Another exercise I do every day, not just when I get down, is writing out all the advantages I have in life. There are 5 to 7 billion people in the world, and our lives, no matter how rough, are phenomenal compared to a lot of them. Its just a matter of temporarily changing your own perspective long enough for you to feel a change in emotion. www.whatsmindisyours.com/appreciating-what-youve-got/Please, take a look at this article and let me know what you think. Best of luck, Random. Keep the faith, things will work out sooner or later, as long as you stay in the game.

    There's always something that triggers self esteem to go down.
    For me, it had to be my primary school graduation, I hated my thick arms and my graduation photos. I'M NOT KIDDING! That's what triggered me TO HATE how I look and lose my self confidence, repairing my confidence is going to take forever!!!! Then it'll be too late!!!

    Drawing. Sometimes drawing and doodling can help calm you down.

    At around 1:55 I had to skip part of the video because I saw a syringe. I have a MAJOR fear of needles and feel a lot of pain during procedures that involve such things. Any tips on how to overcome Needle phobia? (Apparently it greatly differs from ordinary phobia)

    I know this is a large topic because there are different aspects of it but would you and the team be able to make a video on: how to not feel inadequate?
    Thank you so much. I've enjoyed your videos
