    Hello Madam, I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes and have been suddenly suffering from facial parasis on the right side of my face. Under observation for the same and need to maintain blood sugar levels very strictly, came across your channel accidentally and tried this oats chilla as which is a saviour to me... what a drastic change in my sugar levels.     Green peas come in the starchy vegetable category so how much
    Cards will be there in the each chilla
    As oats have complex cards as well.

    Hello Madam. I have 2 Queries - can millets dough be kneaded beforehand and kept in the fridge to be used next day as my daughter has been advised to consume Millets instead of wheat nd suji. She leaves for her workplace very early morning. I am in a fix as to how and what to give her for Bk'fst and Lunch ? Secondly, is it necessary to use warm water to knead millet flour and why,? Can't Normal Water be used? Please respond. Waiting patiently for your response.

      It's easily available and commonly used in Kerala. We call it as finger cap..very cheap too. Maybe 2 or 3 rupees
