I make these alll the time. Sometimes I use sour cream. I make them bagel shape and eat with a little cream cheese, smoked salmon and avocado, delicious!
@@maggieguzowski768 I use the same amount of sour cream. Pay attention to the consistency, you don’t want it too soft or too dry. Yes, I make them larger so I can slice them like a bagel. Bake time should be about the same. I usually just keep an eye on them, and take them out when they are golden.
Omg. Just made these. My Greek yogurt was partially frozen, so I added just a tad of water as it looked kinda dry. I also didn't put as much of the bagel seasoning just lightly rolled it. . Also baked at 375 instead of 400 for about 14 min...THEY ARE DELICIOUS!! Flaky and tender and in my opinion, they remind me of Cheddar garlic biscuits from Red Lobster minus the cheese! Wow...ate 3 already with whipped cream cheese! My family will definitely eat these. No way would they know it's keto! Thanks for this recipe!
I tried this and I did something wrong. Didn’t set and were tasteless. I rolled them in cinnamon and Splenda and they smelled like Christmas cookies were baking in the oven but they didn’t taste all that great.
Call me crazy or weird but I make these too. I add apple extract and coat them with cinammon powder. I do not add any monkfruit or stevia. Nothing. They are good. Fills you.up.
Outstanding. Another reason to eat plant-based almond flour is left over after you make almond milk. Super simple to make and tasty. Thanks for sharing. Love your videos
I just made these , great . I also used the same recipe without the everything bagel seasoning and instead stuffed the balls with pizza sauce , chopped olives and peppers . They are also great .
I made this today. They were tasty. I bet you can make a pizza crust with just the almond flour and Greek yogurt. Maybe add some flavor to the crust by adding garlic powder.
YES!!! I can't wait to try these!!! Also am I allowed to glaze them in butter? Can you buy Everything seasoning? I've never seen it on the store shelf and I don't think I'm allowed to buy almond flour on ebt. I've tried to in the past and my card wouldn't let me. My home runs on a very tight budget so please don't judge.
When your budget allows, some stores sell larger bottles of the individual ingredients of everything seasoning. They keep for quite a while. If you buy 1 bottle a month or every other month, you can then make your own and put in or leave out whatever you want. I personally make a no salt version (which they sell as well 👍) Amounts are on line. Have been where you are. Good luck. 👍😎
Someone else commented that they use oatmeal instead of almond flour ( guess you could try the oatmeal or grind up the oatmeal like flour, I have not tried it yet )
I made it last week. I liked it but my spouse thought it was too dry. She didn’t like the all-dressing. So, I made a new version of the recipe. Instead of the all-dressing bagel mix, I used only poppy seed. Second, I added a 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon and a 1 gram of unpasteurized honey per bagel bit. She liked it.
Thank you!. Great alternative. I use oats instead of almond flour. 400*,35min. Have you tried these before? They are very tasty. I would be very interested to know what the blood sugar result would be. Many greetings from Germany
Yay! Thank you! You’re my go-to guy now. And thank you so much for the recipe. I’m diabetic and my husband has a gluten intolerance. Win-win! I’m making these tomorrow!

ok just happened to have all the ingredients for once, perfect just made them thanks for all you knowledge! But next time I will just sprinkle some on top because for me the salt taste was very over powering.

This is gonna be a must try for me. Bread is one of my weakneses
love the results, wondering if I can just make 1 or 2 bagels the same way to use a sandwich bread hmmm
Sounds yummmy
Do you use plain Greek yogurt or flavored
I'd also add a half teaspoon of salt. I suppose the yogurt did help with the saltiness...
Bagel seasoning already has salt.
