I've been following your content for two years now and you've consistently delivered - hell my endurance has improved a quite a bit (particularly push-ups haha) as I was able to follow u 100% without mini-breaks or variations😁. Glad you like the workout! It really depends on your goals. I recommend doing HIIT training 1-2x per week then doing strength training with dumbbells, equipment, etc to help you get stronger. If you need more cardio throughout your week then you can add another HIIT workout.

For example, if upper body strength and growth is your goal then I'd recommend training it 2x per week. Lift a little heavier and/or focus on more time under tension to help with muscle growth.

I have no idea how I’m gonna get down the stairs tomorrow… That’s the most weighted squats and lunges I’ve done in a long time. No way I was able to do all those pushups but I kept at it with variations.
i think i change push up for chest fly nuteral grip because i see very less chest work out, and a lot of push up, they ar great but wil not do everything, so i want to give more time on chest press dumbell and after station 5 i do not push up but decline chest press till station 9
