Great video, I install solar panels here in Ireland its nice seeing how other people do it in other countries. I have a small TH-cam channel and share some install videos. I use a bucket truck now so that I can install by myself, its hard to find anyone here to help who wants to do it. I laughed when I saw your video of your shoes, I go through a lot of shoes too lol 👍
Bro you did a good job on that. I install there every day just like this. Any tips for skirt mount installation? I use a string line atm and it works decent but I get some spacing gaps thatll open still and have to move the bottom mounts
Nice install! Would you mine telling me what kind of clamps and flashing your using? Planning to do a self install and i dont want to have rails either
I always try and gap my panels on all 4 sides. I think it helps with ventilation, snow, thermal expansion etc. it’s rare but I have had panels shatter from not being spaced and tightened down to the right torque.
What go pro mount are you using if u don’t mind me asking? is this a chest mount? I’m an o&m tech tryna make some videos too nice job respect from NY 💪
I don’t know if by kicking the panels and using impact driver is so professional I wouldn’t used this guys unless I’ll show them how to work the proper way
Love how you work

I hate railless systems
I feel that huffing and puffing
Great job
what tools bag you using for drill impactor?,look very handy with the string, tks
What are you plugging the panels into cause I see you are just placing panels and not hooking them into anything?

In the video I’m using RockIT by Ecofasten! I’d check out a company called Apex too!
Why you skipped the wite management. I wanted to see some new techniques.
I get the spacing from top and bottom but why is there a gap on each side? Apologies for noon question, I’m new to solar 😅

Vibrations from panels touching can cause micro fractures in the cells. You can’t see them but if you have a thermal camera it is very clear to see.
Panels vibrate when the wind blows…

I got a maltadynamics hard hat helmet and a few cheap GoPro adapters all off Amazon!
In this video I straight up drilled holes in the brim of my hat and screwed on a GoPro lol
@@solargoat noted! That’s sick haha keep killing it brother! Be safe !
What brand of hardware are you using in this video? Who's mounting brackets and spliced brackets that tie the four panels together?
Thank you
Rockit smart slides
Nice idol from Philippines
Are those Q cells 400
I’m trying to remember… think they are jinkos. Big 66 cell
Can you make good money doing this?
Those panels are not light. And is that a 12/12 pitch? Madman
you put a clamp on backwards....

Is that ac or dc ?
D-C
What a rough job
tough*
God I hate railless systems
Way faster once you get used to them. I did rail for years, took me a month so get railess down
