Yep I went for a look and it gave me a migraine. The interior design is absurd.lt’s a Chinese version of luxury.. I saw similar projects in Shanghai with big stupid chandeliers, mirrors, fake gold etc… Then on top of that the condo sizes are tiny - so you’re basically buying a shiny rabbit cage.

I visited the OD n March..Very nice..One of the few complexes offering a food menu which is great if you want to stay in..Great gym

Watching the facility video of ocean drive because of the new condo rental video today. @25:18 reminds me that on my Thailand holiday 10 years ago I enjoyed the local beers and avoided the Heineken ditch water.

I rent a condo next door in Dusit grand view , when I’m in town, 33rd floor and look right at this building, nice little place , I’ve had a couple of looks in the riviera , why too outlandish decor , but it’s a good area, a few more bars and restaurants opening and still close enough to walk to the beach, and markets

Beautiful spot, what would drive me crazy at all the condos is you will have a dark kitchen cabinets, black fridge black microwave and a black hub and the stupid white washing machine. I would have to have a car wrap guy wrap it it black. Makes me crazy LOL Great video

However, on the east side of 2nd road and the new high-rise (another Copa high-rise) to be built next door and the potential for another highrise condo on the huge empty lot next door that might also block the view, are a major concern.
And a very gaudy lobby.

The Riviera brand loves to spell out words on their buildings like "classy" etc. which to me makes so not classy and cheesy. Like the mirror in the bathroom that says "Riviera Ocean Drive" so cheesy!
Yeah they do, if I ever ended up buying which is highly unlikely I would replace the mirror with Riviera on it, definitely not my cup of tea 😊
It's not perhaps subtle or elegant, but so what?... it's fun! Leave the old world ideas behind and throw yourself into the insanity and tackiness... you'd never be bored living there!

Very nice building and location. Not sure about the interior decor though, but I realize everybody has a different opinion on that kind of stuff. I am more for the elegant but understated look. Appreciate the video! Also as a single guy I like have a dryer machine as I wait to do laundry until I got as full of a full load as I can manage (I hate doing laundry LOL) and thus too many clothes to use a regular lay em out type device I would need 4-5 of them hahaha.

The funny thing about Jomtien is that they have these amazing state of the art condos but when you go down to the Main Street it’s like a morgue. Nothing there. If you decide to live in Jomtien you’ll have to goto pattaya for all of your shopping cinema nightlife etc…

Hi mate, going back here next week to video a rental and I think it’s around 23,000 month long term, I asked Manu and he said the ones on the higher floors fetch around 30,000
Enjoy the Condo videos. However I'm now at 95+% in favor of buying a pool villa. 5 - 7 times the living area for a little more money. And no noisy neighbors!

I saw this place being built from day one. Personally, it looks tacky. I am not sure what market they are aiming at, but for me it is something that I would not even consider. The one thing I did like is that you are able to get food. but that's about it. these places are too small for me.
Way overpriced by about 6.7mill. 7.3 -7.6 mill for a cat cage with a view and amenities.

Russians and Chinese. That being said. There's always a compromise with decor and the amenities. The problem I have is the size of the rooms. I'd love to find a 3 bedroom to rent for my wife and I within the Riveria group.

That's not a bad size for a 1 bedroom condo in Thailand. Most are 35m2. Agree price is a bit high. Can always haggle and/or go for something smaller.
Quite overpriced in my opinion. Price per square foot is comparable to Las Vegas condos on the Strip
