For the gym alone I'd move there, convenience and cost are serious factors for me. Think about that a gym would cost $35-40 a month and that's in the price for $20 - a winner everyday. When the mood hits you just go to the gym no traipsing off in the bloody heat. While Pattaya is not in my top two choices, Bang Saray, Cha Am this place could sway that. The gardens would be a daily ritual to get some quiet time. Great job marketing this place on every level. The office space would motivate you alone to start some business.

How difficult would it be to fly two Fernch Bulldogs to Thiland with us (from Las Vegas)? Also, it looks like retiring in Thailand is not an option anymore with the new tax rules on income. How long can we stay in Thailand before we need to make a border run to get the passport stamped? And does the Thai government allow this? Or would they get wise to the scheme of just leaving the country for a day or so and then coming back; not paying for a visa or residency, etc. ??? *Love your videos and we plan to visit this building in the near future. can you share. the only tax i'm aware of is if you have any money in a thai bank you pay a monthly tax on the amount you earn from interest kinda like a capital gain in the US but paid monthly. Share what you know. Yes no problem with pets. and you have 60day vacation visa once you arrive and need to get a visa or do a border run. which you can do forever every sixty days vacation somewhere else. lol

indeed. it is. for example last night my door lock battery on my unit died. Couldnt acess my condo, they have a 24/7 emergency number I called and they had someone at my door within 10 mins. This number and service they offer can serve as a lifesaver if health related, injury or anything you need. Very impressive services here VIP all the WAY. Thanks for your comment. Appreciate you.

We visited Thailand for the third time last February and stayed at the Riviera Jomtien, about two and a half kilometres further down Second Road. The finish and amenities are very similar and we were blown away by the experience. Both properties are an easy stroll to the beach and baht bus route, although Ocean Drive probably has a better selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. The fact that the Night Market is almost on your doorstep is a real plus too. Wishing you every good thing my friend. Looking forward to getting to know you better! Paul

Wow, what a jaw-droppingly gorgeous place! Those glass chandeliers in the lounge? Total opulence overload. And the office spaces? Pure luxury. When I switch careers, I wouldn't even think about getting a motorbike or car-I’d just zip around with Bolt. With onsite restaurants, plus daily, weekly cleaning, and laundry services, you'd hardly ever need to leave the compound. No more shopping or meal prep for me! Just stroll down to the cafe for a bottle of water or a coffee. Easy living at its finest!
Maybe I'm just a natural born skeptic. But it looks too good to be true.
Right:-) there are a few minor downsides: occasionally, you catch a whiff of sewer backup in the bathroom or undersink areas of your unit and hallways. The cobblestone bricks at the parking structure entrance make for a bumpy ride on a scooter. Also, since it's a newer building, the rooms aren't very spacious, but you can always opt for a larger unit for a bit more money. Apart from these, it's pretty much perfect. Just first-world problems, haha!"

I live in Thailand by several years , but soon I would go in other countries, if you are a tourist ok !! But if you think to live here from this year is different!! Why is it different, because from now you have to pay taxes that are very high!! So is it convenient to come here as a resident?!! There are neighboring countries that as such point of view are better !!

Dude, a couple of things you need to learn. First of all, how to pronounce Pattaya. You pronounce it like all of the old farts that came here after the Vietnam war and never learned any Thai or history. Secondly, a Mezzanine is always a lower floor - usually between the ground and first floors of a building, NOT anywhere near what would be considered the Penthouse space. If you are going to attempt to present yourself like some sort of Real Estate YouDouche the least you can do is get it right while e-begging. Your constant use of "luxury" and "ultra" this or that is way overdone as no millionaire, let alone billionaire would ever live in spaces like these. The few high-rises that cater to the truly wealthy here are usually one or two units per floor, not your 35 sq. meter rental units like you will find in merely over-decorated spaces like Riviera. These developers know what makes the easily impressed westerners ooo and ahhh and the one-month millionaires that frequent Pattaya are attracted to the glitz but understand little of the market here. Likely most of your viewers fit into that category since anyone renting here when there are myriad purchasing options obviously just don't have the bank to purchase and they make endless excuses as to why they don't buy. Pattaya is crawling with the broke-ass retirees and INCELS looking for one last thrill in life but they all soon find out the money runs out and they have to try their luck at YouTubing. 🤣🤣
Decoration too much extravagant , I prefer minimalist decoration. Also all pools looks so small, no for laps. Instead Gym very good, and great view. Thanks for share with us.

i don't have to ball park it, because i don't drink or visit bars so we are same same so all in living here with dating/date night once a week is $1,512.53 includes medical for one person and 2 would be $1825.34

i was a little nervous at first they explained they offer 2 token authentication to get into your room face recognition and key card. My 2 cents... If someone goes out of their way to use these against you. At that point thats when you know your really rich. lol

They can be rented for month to month. But hard to find because people stay for 6 months or more here. not a hotel like complex more like condo. Copacabana is more like a hotel
Expensive, for Thia and the rooms are very small.
but the amenities and location are huge. 7-8 hours you spend sleeping and dreaming. lol

Great price and flexibly but a lot of differed maintenance. Simple things like wall cleaning and paint could go a long way here.

Many thanks for the lovely tour. I stayed nearby on vacation this year. Jomtien is a good location, away from the crowds but close enough to all amenities if needed. How long did you sign your rental agreement for?
Jomtien is a perfect location. I signed a 1 year lease.
i stayed there for a week. You can book it through Agoda. We paid about $240 usd for a whole week stay!
