Excellent bit of engineering. You made it work plus it looks proper to me. Great job.

(Relatively speaking) You get quite a lot of bike for the price. 👍

CB, A fine bit of fettling good job DrJ was on hand to guide you! With all these TMJ's shouldn't you change the name of the channel to Codger Bikers TMJ's? Imagine how many extra subscribers you could pick up as every biker identifies with the 4 stages of a TMJ as shown in these emoji's. 😦😭😤🤬

It's good to have another pair of eyes sometimes. What do you call a TMJ that takes a month.

Did you pass it back to GRmoto themselves to inform them of the issue?

I sent them the video link by way of feedback. I just ordered another endcan, for another bike, and checked with them first. No big deal, just delayed things. 👍

Hi mate. Do you remember the torque settings for the bolts? Thanks

I think I just used a short ratchet and tightened it till it felt right. As I remember it needed to be tightened a few times as the metal formed to the cat pipe and made it airtight, after heat/cooling runs. Just take your time. 👍
