A thermal camera with a quite useful resolution (192*192) for 135,-€. I admit: I´m a little impressed! It has even an integrated 10000 count DMM built in and is rechargable. Well done. It is not hard to imagine, how useful it is for debugging electronic circuits. Granted: It still has some flaws - but, hey, for 135,-€...

A thermal camera with a touch screen, a rechargeable Li-ion battery and a multimeter on top of that for a low price of $109.99? Wow, that does sound like one of those old infomercials. Can it also juice oranges? Will it absorb all the blue liquid on my table? Maybe not, but man, that's a cool multimeter.
It seems to me that, unlike Aneng, Tooltop actually put some thought into their products instead of using a d20 to randomly decide which feature will or won't work. 👍

Making measurements while using the camera? WOW😳! From what I see, it would also document the meter reading with the image capture. This could come in handy, but requires more hands than I possess. 👈😵‍💫👉. Would be nice to have a slider for the macro lens instead of a clip-on, and mounting options to hold the camera while probing around. Definitely a move in the right direction and a shining value in 2024

I was impressed by the dual capture mode as well. The macro lens is sold separately but I think it's a key selling feature here!

Hi Darren, I have the older ET12 (90x120 IR resolutiion) build quality is nothing special but I've had it about 10 months and still going strong and I use it most days. I don't want an ET13, I don't want an ET13, I don't want an ET13😊

The original is made by FeelElec, FR01A-B-C-D, they differ by thermal imager resolution. However, due to very "long range" fixed focus, these are practically unusable for SMD component testing. And since lens is too deep in the body, you can't attach macro lens with any practical image quality improvement.

Yes indoors it's fine. The high contrast display is just too susceptible to glare from daylight use outside. It's perfect for electronics!
