    Amazing video doc! I just had an ACL reconstruction surgery and my knee is swollen. Based on what you've explained, I shouldn't be focusing much on reducing inflammation, right?

      Thank you Nakul. Yes, let your body slowly resolve the inflammation. However, checking in with your physician is very important to make sure the edema is not due to bleeding internally or any other physical issues. And obviously follow the recommendations of your physician along with regular check ups.

    Is chronic tendinitis bad inflammation

    • @BodyofHarmony
      @BodyofHarmony  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Chronic Tendonitis means either repeated trauma (or a trauma which has not been treated properly) or a chronic condition in your body. Sometimes a chronic tendonitis is the result of a wrist or a shoulder issue or the muscles and tendons involved.

      @@BodyofHarmony So is it OK to keep taking anti-inflammatories for it or will that disrupt the process of healing the tendon

      @@khalededres1113 Chronic use anti-inflammatory meds may have severe side effects, so you need to find a way of treating the area. Have you consulted an Osteopath (Doctor of Osteopathy)?

    How can we get rid of inflammation?

    • @BodyofHarmony
      @BodyofHarmony  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You mean bad inflammation! There are a lot of physiologic processes in the body that create inflammation and others that decrease it. Those pathways need to be evaluated and "Harmonized". That is what we do at Body of Harmony. It is finding the hormonal issues, food sensitivities, allergies, digestive evaluation, liver detoxification augmentation and much more...
