    저도 후면삼각근에 신경을 더 쓰고 있습니다.
    손으로 만졌을때, 뽈록 후면삼각근과 삼두근의 낙차가 느껴질때, 기분이 좋습니다 ㅋㅋ
    많이 뚠뚠해 보이긴 합니다만, 비시즌기 프로들은 더 하자나요 ㅋㅋ 갠찬습니다. 보기 좋네요 😀😄

    철순님 몸보면 진짜 마냥 좋다 크다도 있지만 골격 자체가 동양인 보다는 서양 애들에 가깝지 않나라는 생각도 들정도로 어마어마하네요 진짜ㄷㄷ

      하도 서양사람들 볼때 쌔보이는사람만 많이봐서 그렇지

    어깨 후면할때 승모가 접히면안된다고하던데...전 승모가 안접히게 하면 후면자극이 잘안오는거같고 승모가 좀접히면 후면에자극이 오면 접히는쪽으로하는게좋은건가요??아니면 승모안접히게 연습하는게 좋은건가요??영상으로는 승모가 좀 접히는거같은데(근육이너무 커서그렇게보이는건가요)..한달째 노력하고있긴한데..잘안되는거같습니다.ㅜㅜ

      케이블 원암으로 해보세요. 황철순 영상 찾아보시면 나옵니다. 그리고 개인적으로 밴레레할때 등 약간 말아줘서 승모근 펴준채로하면 잘 되는것 같습니다.
